Joshua WI've rented uhaul in the past but I will never rent again at this location!! turn truck in the same day I rented put keys in the drop box next day Sam (location owner) called saying when am I going to return the truck I then went there to talk to him he has camera's all over property he kicked me off his property! I called police I know I returned truck! Sam charges my card in multiple transactions over $2 000 he kept extending my return date meanwhile telling me I needed to report truck stolen I kept calling uhaul asking why so much in charges they treated me as if I really did not return truck done my own investigation I found truck at a different location witness states 3 Mexican Males returned truck @ 7am on 2/15/24 at that location mind you I dropped this truck off put keys in drop box Wednesday 7:20 pm on 2/14/24 they looked suspicious witness also stated. Before I found this truck I had been told by Robert area manager he was going to look at the camera at Sam store if he did not see me returning the key he would have to press charges against me right! God took me to this other lot to find the truck not to mention the truck had a tracking device on it so they knew the location the entire time just thought I wasn't smart enough to do my own research and how Robert just swept everything under the rug Sam thought he was going to take my money and get away with what he done anybody that knows this area knows this man watches you like a hawk when you enter his location bank fraud also insurance fraud I wanted to put my story out here because this was dead wrong if him and the area manager of uhaul I will never rent from this company ever again please stay away from this location!

Barney ODropped off the Uhaul here. All went well. Smooth process. We swept the back of the truck and had right amount of gas and mileage. We were out in no time without any extra fees.

desmond bTruck was in terrible condition. I had to dispute every aspect of the truck. The location owner still managed to cheat me out of the 100 dollar cleaning fee. I had no support from uhaul. The contract was closed out hours before they ever even launched an investigation -- if they ever actually performed one. This was an awful experience. I've been a loyal uhaul customer for years, but no more. I'm never renting from uhaul again, and I'm closing out my storage unit that I have with yall. I am very frustrated and disappointed by this God awful rental experience.
Whittier WDo maintenance on vehicle. The antenna was broken off,truck. It vibrated violently empty.door panel was missing screws so flapped creating a loud annoying rattle. After putong gas in i got an engine light.I checked the oil was a quart low i added one quart. This truck has 191 000 milees on it maybe time for retirement.
