Owner was VERY rude and wasn't even at the U Haul location when I came to check in. After waiting 20 minutes I walked into a shed-like building that was used as an office and look for my keys! The office was unlocked with everything just sitting there, very unprofessional and unsafe!! The truck was filthy inside and out. I will never use this location again!!stephanie T.

AFTER HAVING MY RESERVATION TRANSFERRED TWICE, THIS THIRD LOCATION IS WHERE WE ENDED UP. STARTING RESERVATION AN HOUR LATE DIDNT HELP AND THE OVER BEARING, CANTAKEROUS AND OUTRIGHT RUDE OWNER IS FAR AND AWAY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN USING UHAUL FOR DECADES. NOT ONLY DID HE LEAVE THE PREMISES DURING OUR HOOKUP, HE THEN THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND INSINUATE WE WERE STEALING A TRAILER DUE TO HIS OWN NEGLIGENCE. THANKFULLY THE REGIONAL MANAGER STEPPED IN TO DEESCALATE THE ISSUE. THE FINAL BONUS TO THIS WAS THE OWNER THEN TACKED ANOTHER ENTIRE RENTAL DAY TO OUR CHARGES.Patrick T.

Mr. Hultz was very helpful, His location was actually closed, but U-Haul.com did not tell me this, so he came in and opened up just so I could pick up my trailer.Bill G.

The light switch was defective and fell out of the dash while I was driving and the truck was infested with cockroaches! Now I have the roaches in my new home. Apparently the gentleman at the hultz auto Care did not get them all out of the back of the truck when he said he'd take care of it because they were in all my furniture and boxes. I'm very very disappointed with the results of my rental experience and I'm yet to receive any feedback from your company. I sent an email yesterday.lisa C.

They did not hook the trailer up. The lighting wiring was in poor condition. Had to repair the wires so I had lights to be able to use it. Hurt myself hooking up the trailer.BRADLEY B.

I called to reserve a truck and no one within reasonable range had what I needed. Once we found a truck in Quincy the person was rather rude when taking my information and after taking my information my card was ran and the charge of 694 $came out. I then went to the address I was given to pick up the truck and they had no idea that I was picking a truck up. With this being said the Uhaul rep. Called his field manager to see what to do. During this time my confirmation number came in via text message so the rep. Gave me the truck. But before i got the truck he said that my info was only half way completed and put my information in again and my card got hit again. I had approximately 1 500 $pulled from my account when it should have been 695 $. This was a huge burden since I get paid for my Fathers funeral and was seriously strapped for cash. After I get the truck I get a voice mail asking when I was going to pick up the truck. I was loading the truck at the time of the call. I get another call the next morning and the guy asked if I was picking up the truck. I told him that I didn't know why he was calling because I had already been packing the truck for an hour and a half when he called the evening before. He had no idea that I had the truck. I also told him that I had been hit twice for the truck after being told that I wouldn't get charged until the truck was turned in. Over all this experience was a flat out mess. Uhaul had no idea what their rental stores are doing and the customer is being in a very vulnerable situation charging customers twice for teucks and not making customers aware of the situation. And by the way, I still don't have my refund back from the douvle chargethomas B.
