The only issue I had was the trailer did not have a jack stand.

John WVery happy with U-Haul in Quincy, IL. They were the best to work with and I’ll be renting another truck end of May for another trip to Phoenix. I will definitely do it through the Quincy U-Haul dealer. I also was a U-Haul load share participant and picked up a trailer in Bernalillo, NM and delivered it to Laveen, AZ. EARL GNo one was at the office at the time of my pickup of 10am. I called twice and both times got sent to voicemail, once the guy came back he said he needed to “run errands”. The U-Haul has no gas to begin with, therefore very inconvenient.
