The location gave me no issues. It was UHaul that made this experience horrible. The app did not work. It took more than 3/4 hr to go thru the process to finally get the keys.

Trailer was dirty inside and out when I picked it up so it had to be cleaned before I could even leave with it.

The U-Haul truck reeked of garbage. It was nauseating and didn't air out the entire time we used it. Smelt like a garbage dump.

Reserved a 15ft truck weeks in advance but was only told that a 10ft truck was available the day before, which was not large enough and made the move extremely difficult. Also had to change pickup locations from my original reserved location twice, which was a major inconvenience.

Everything was good but i have one complaint about price i got call from u hual thay give me price $ 130 but when I reach to location for piick up truck they charged me a different price that was so high

You could actually maintain your vehicles/ trailers. I rented the car hauler the other day and it blew a tire, "maintenance issue". This wasted 3 hours of my day because they don't have spare tires on their vehicles or trailers. If a guy can hook up a trailer and put a a truck on it ya think he'd know how to change a tire right…. The repair company on the other hand was quick and very efficient on their own, once actually contacted. These guys did there job quick. U-Haul could do better. I'll never get those three hours back not to mention the danger and stress on the side of the freeway with cars flying by at 90 with no room at all to pull over I said **ck it and dragged it off the highway out of deaths path. I guess the moral of the story is, don't rent a U-Haul unless it has good tires on it. Car, truck or trailer.

I will never go back to this location. I was told my mileage was over and I had to explain how to convert to km to match vehicle display. The agent had to call someone and he spoke in a different language. After the conversation he agreed that I wasn't over in mileage. I had to ask for a walk around the vehicle to ensure no damage

I booked a one way truck 6 weeks in advance with 2 different types of dollies. My reservation was changed one week prior to my booked date to a return to original pick up location which would double my mileage and my gas cost. When I arrived to pick up my truck I was told there were no dollies available at that location or any location near me. No walk around was done prior to me leaving and when I arrived home, the box area of the truck was dirty. I will never rent from uhaul again. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable

Had reserved weeks in advance. Went to pick it up and they only had the truck. No hand cart, no appliance cart, and no blankets. All had been ordered when the truck was reserved.

Service was good and well priced. Easy to pickup and dropoff. The reason I put no to cleanliness and maintenance is because the windshield was super dirty it made it hard to see in the sunlight. Everything else was good.

Back of truck leaked, so any dust or dirt that was in there quickly turned to mud. Other than that, good!

Online should let me know where I am picking up truck when I book, not let me choose and then make me pick up at another location. Pickup was horrible and took hours. Truck had cigarette butts in water spilt all over drivers area. Swapped trucks, drove away and the truck had major mechanical issues so had to turn around and get the cigarette truck. Was told I got 69km included when I booked, did not drive nearly that far with the truck and my credit card on file was charged for a whole whack of additional km.

The employee at this location has been absolutely terrible both times I was there and had interactions with him. He told me he would not come outside to help me lift the trailer off because it wasn't his job. I said well I can't physically lift the trailer off. I need your help. And he refused. I did get a call back from the manager there after I left because he accused me of saying something racial to him which, as I spoke to her said I would never do in my life. As a matter of fact, I had complained to her about his behavior the first time I was there. I will never pick up a trailer at that location again and I rent them every month.

Gas was at a quarter tank and this is a gas station. Sometimes it is better to keep it full, saves time.

Trailer was not swept inside. Door was very squeaky and hard to slide. I made the reservation online for two days. Rate was $29,95 per day and I also added the insurance for $20. Total came to $79.90. Pick up was Saturday at 8am. Return by Monday 8am. When I came to pick up Saturday morning the guy told me total was $88,09 which makes sense with taxes added. When I returned the trailer Sunday around 5 in the afternoon the guy told me I was 3 hours late. I told him I had reserved for two days. He tried telling me it was only for one day so I told him the total was $88 which was for two days and he said $88 was for one day. So I showed him my email from the reservation and he reluctantly agreed I just needed to pay the $88.09. Never going to use the Huntington road Abbotsford location again. They try to rip you off for more money.

better communication at pickup location. the inside of the truck was muddy, had to be cleaned before we could put our items into it. the fuel level was not as indicated on the pickup document. If I was not able to confirm this with a photograph at the time of pickup, I would have been charged for over a quarter of a tank of fuel. Thankfully Stephanie was able to resolve this issue.

It took the agent 25 minutes just to complete the documents, on a reservation that had already been completed. The trailer and surrounding area were completely buried in 30 cm of snow, despite it not snowing for two days. I had to get the agent to dig out the trailer just so I could hook up to it. The access to the yard was also blocked by one of your trucks but the agent would not move it. This made it difficult to access and to return the trailer. You should streamline your registration process, and have equipment ready and accessible by the pick up time.

Hold reservations in locations that people book. Don't mislead that there actually is a trailer to rent there and then tell the renter the day before that there isn't one at that location and that they will need to travel several hours out of their way for pick up. Absolutely a terrible way to conduct business and treat customers who have scheduled plans. This was our first time using U-Haul and we're not impressed at all!

26ft truck we rented had a fuel leak issues. Causing us to use much more fuel then expected. Also got a "check gas cap" warning even though cap was on tight. Made sure dealer knew about issues and hopefully truck gets fixed asap. Be really nice if we got a credit towards rental.

Worst service, ever. This location should not be allowed to serve your company! I have already been in touch with Stephanie at your customer service and given her all the details. We have always used your Hazelwood location for trucks and storage and have received top notch service. We will never use this location again.

We booked to p-up and drop off in Chilliwack but u-haul changed our reservation night before to another location that was complete out of the way for us. Not even an offer to change drop off at least. Spare tire on the trailer was also unnerving.

A couple Trailer marker lights were not working at the time I picked up the rental. They did not care to fix them. Overall the trailer worked fine but looks well used.

They ripped me off not only didn't provide a dolly they stole mine because I forgot it there. Those creeps you have at centex on Huntington Rd in Abbotsford are total dirt bags. Karma's can be a real cunt

This location is full of scams. They guy working there is completely irresponsible and didn't checked the fuel level when i was returning the truck. He left the store so hurriedly that he didn't even checked the condition of the truck. And later on because of their mistake they lost the key of the truck and blamed me for losing the key. Later they found the key but they charged me for fuel. I already filled gas in the truck when i was returning it but still they charged me for not filling gas. Worst experience with this location. Would never go back and won't recommend to anyone.

The trailer was left on the ground and the attendant would not help put the trailer on. I hurt my back trying to move it on my own finally got some MEN to help me. Very disappointed with my service and I will be putting a formal complaint to the regional manager Karan my attendant was rude and hung up the phone on me and is not good with customer relations. Will not be using this uhaul again

The representatives here were very hard to communicate with on the phone. they didn't understand my requests or questions. they also provided me with conflicting information. I was finally able to get the phone number of a representative named Shannon who has been working to resolve our challenges. unfortunately I would not recommend this U-Haul location.

The staff at this gas station does not know want to move to work. Asked me to pickup moving blankets and take to the truck. Did not lend a hand. Asked me to take out and bring those blankets back into the store from the truck I've rented a uhaul quite a few times and never experienced this. When I tried to tell him that this is his job he did not seem to care at all.
