Kane PThe inside of the truck was dirty and smelled like cigarette's. There was a leak in the box of the truck. When I picked it up I had to dry out the inside. It leaked on some of my belongings as well.
CHRISTOPHER PGood customer service!!
Kula ZNobody at the lot when we arrived. Had to call someone. Had to wait on the side of a very busy road at a shuttered location. Truck that was booked would not start even when we tried to boost it. After delays, was offered a larger vehicle for same price which was ok but my gas bill was higher. New truck was only half full of gas so I took a picture and pointed that out when I returned it. We wanted to buy some bubble wrap but he only had 2 small rolls. Place looked like a broken down empty lot. Not professional or very business like.
