Sylvia WOnce again the team at the cottage groove location provided me with EXCELLENT SERVICE. I had an important vendor event to attend today and I wouldn't attended if I didn't have a rental van to get there with all my stuff. Because of that fact i was the highlight of the event! They have taken care of my rental needs in the past where no other location could do. :)

Keith BHyde park self storage was a horrible place to rent from. Although I was able to complete a rather fairly easy task (renting a van for 5hrs), the customer service was horrible. The woman who "took care of me" was extremely rude, cold and nasty for reasons unknown. She seemed to be miserable and had no problem making you feel it. I take customer service very seriously especially when I'm paying my hard earned money. We don't have to be best friends, but barking questions and demands at me is extremely inconsiderate and very disrespectful to me as a paying customer. I'm very surprised this place is still in business if this is the type of service they give. In addition to poor customer service (at least from this specific woman --fair- skinned woman, almost shaved hair, hazel/ green eyes), they didn't have ANY supplies even though Google was sending patrons to the location as a viable option. We ran into a young lady not from the city who was sent to this location for supplies. She was shocked and confused when she arrived. My sister and I took a few minutes to look online with her to find an actual Uhaul store to get supplies. I returned my van 30 min early and b4 the store closing and once again was "rudely greeted " by the woman who helped me before. I was trying to park and she stands in front of me and waves at me frantically and with a look of anger. I was confused bc she told me where to park when finished. I rolled down my window and say what's the problem, she says get out-- I'll park. Wow! But no need to tell me twice I hopped out and walk towards my car. No goodbye, thanks for doing business with us, nothing!! The one silver lining was her allowing me to continue with my rental after both of us realizing my DL had just expired, switched purses and had the wrong card, it was only by about 28 days, but she could've turned me away but didn't. So I will give that to her, but still the very nasty attitude from the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away after my time was definitely not worth it and I would suggest you spend your money in a place where your patronage is welcomed and appreciated. On another note had a wonderful back to back experience with the uhaul in Pilsen.

Oluwaseun LThe lady that I spoke with before booking, my rental was extremely rude and rushed me off the phone after my questions were asked. Then once I got to the location where I would be using the U-Haul, I opened the back of the truck and realized that it was extremely nasty. It was several garbage bags that were closed scattered all over the truck clearly had not been checked or cleaned out. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service, and I will never return to this U-Haul again.

Ricardo Jthis could not have been simpler! i've used this place before, and also rented storage space for clients, and the experience is always wonderful. the gentleman at the front desk was fabulous, the truck was well-maintained and ready for us the moment we arrived, and i really appreciate the ease of the 24hr parking lot/key drop off, because this ALWAYS takes longer than i think it will. thanks so much! see you next time.

Philip MI left my coffee thermos in the cab and didn't realize it until after I'd returned the key (when the office had already closed for the day). I called next morning, a little ahead of the office's scheduled opening, and the employee who answered immediately and cheerfully took time to retrieve the thermos and put it aside until I could stop by later and claim it. I really appreciate this helpfulness outside the scope of contractual obligation.
Paul BI was not supposed to be charged for another day as per the roadside assistance representative. I was charged $86,83 which put me in the negative.

Mauricio BThe app kept crashing constantly. I had to restart the check in and check out processes at least 4 times to get through to the end. The signage at the location is very poor and it isn't clear what one must do after having put an online order.
Andrei TThis is the worst storage facility I have ever been to. After booking my reservation online a week in advance, the old lady at the front desk told us there were no units left as if it was our fault. She rerouted us to some other uhaul and gave absolutely no care to the fact that the incompetence of her facility had created such an issue for us. The place itself was beat down but nothing near as bad as that witch.
