I received a call from the facility saying the truck rental came in early at 4:18 p.m. and I could come in and get it. I told the customer representative that we were coming at around 5:15 p.m. since that was our assigned time given for the reservation and that I was still waiting on my boyfriend to come. I got another call at 5:07 p.m. from another man asking when I will be coming in because they were closing at 5:20 p.m. I was told On the online chat by Shawn the representative who made that reservation that I have up to an hour to get the truck rental before they give it away. I asked him can I come in now I'll be there in less than 10 min. He said no we'll be closed. You don't close at 5:30 p.m. It is stated on the website that they close at 6 p.m. I wasn't given clear instructions on what to do but to download the app and go on the website. This to me means you figure it out on your own. We will not take the time out to wait and help you to log in and tell you where the lockbox or key drop is located. You don't close early because you want to leave early. It took almost 25 minutes to get everything cleared on line and to get the key. I will not be getting a rental truck from here because of poor customer service and lack of instructions.

This location was conveniently located, the lot/driveway was easy to get in and out of, and the staff were very friendly. I was pleased there wasn't too much of a wait during my pick-up, and the drop-off took 20 seconds. Thank you for having my back, UHaul.

The person giving me the keys was very helpful and cordial, and the process was effortless. I am unhappy about the interpretation of the fuel meter. When I got the truck, the person said the fuel level was 13/16, when it was actually just barely more than 3/4 (I have a picture evidence of this). Before returning the truck I filled gas till the same point (barely more than 3/4), but the email receipt I got said it was returned 3/4 full. I got charged $3.75 for returning it at a lower fuel level. Since it is only a matter of a few dollars I am okay with it, but I feel it was not a fair thing done by UHaul.
I got good service, but I paid to rent a furniture dolly that I didn't receive and then I was charged a fee for a missing item. I would like to have that charge refunded!
I was happy with the mileage billing. No complaints or commemts about improvement.

The pick up process should be faster. 15-20min wait is just too long. Maybe you could pre approved the user when he checks-in so the final process would only take no more than 5min
Forgot to check the side mirrors before I drove off... they were tightened down so tight that they could not be adjusted. Thank goodness for the wide angle lower mirrors... Your website does not address HOW to adjust the mirrors. In this case a hex key was required, but I didn't find that out until I dropped off the truck at the destination.
Customer Service reviews for the location are not great but we found them to be accurate!
Take out your cloth upholstered chairs. Cloth upholstery seating is unsanitary when working with customers/clients. Very easy breeding ground for bugs! I preferred to stand during my visit. Change out your leatherette chair in the office. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I would expect sanitizing your office chair after every customer visit. The staff were very professional, but no one wore a mask.
Some employees I interacted with were not wearing any PPE. Additionally, I would recommend an attendant in the back if possible, to assist returning vehicles with backing into place.
I originally reserved the truck for 24 hours online but when I arrived at the location, I was only slotted for 21 hours. This was an inconvenience and I should have been notified soon than the actual day I picked up the truck
Strange, uninviting entrance. No hand sanitizer available. Couldn't arrange a no-contact pickup. Had to use their pen. The passenger side mirror kept moving out of position on the truck I had. Couldn't use it at all on the highway since it has to be manually adjusted.
I had trouble using my location services with the uhaul website. I enabled my location services but accessing the login through my email or chrome did not work. I had to download the app to complete the check in process.
Online instructions were not clear as to retrieve keys for the vehicle. But the store staff were exceptional.
Better customer service return deposits as required required disrespectful agent that deal with you at the counter
I was double charged. Not understanding why. I will be calling the office during business hours tomorrow to inquire why.
