I have a debit deposit that was supposed to be returned, I’ve called numerous times and left several messages with no response it’s only 50 bucks I know but at least return a call, they clearly got the trailer back in excellent condition, would not use again

Nothing needed to improve with the service in Hythe, they were top notch and went out of their way to accommodate me. Every location should be like Hythe!

Krista HA storage location just off the highway. Had to call and wait 10 mins for arrival. I was there at 955 am they arrived to unlock a gate after at about 1010am.
SUSAN GI was completely happy with the service until I realized my credit card was charged an additional $25 for cleaning the unit. Firstly the unit was dropped off in the exact same condition I rented it and second I don't recall authorizing that charge or reading anywhere there was one!!
Sharon LEnsure that you have the proper wiring connector to go between the round wiring connection (if you have one on your truck), and the trailer connector (which is a flat five-wire connection). Luckily they had one in stock I could buy. Had I not been able to use an adapter, it would have involved rewiring.

Robert KHours of operation listed from 8-8. Called number in the morning got no answer. Left a message with no return call. Arrived at at 930 to drop of trailer. Gate locked, called number in sign. Guy said he was in grande prairie and working till 6pm. Was asked to go drop off and leave the trailer in his personal driveway in Hythe and he would return to the yard in the evening.
Carmen MThe guy was super nice but he needs serious training. He had to call someone to help him to do the paper work and I had to wait 1 hour, standing in a really cold office to finally be able to leave. Like I said, very nice guy but it was way too long.
