Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe received an email 1 day prior to picking up and it was moved form Grande Prairie to Hythe. I had no vehicle and had to pay someone to get me out to Hythe form Grande Prairie another 120 km round trip! No option given and I am shocked how this is just accepted. I flew into GP to move my daughter and then all of that extra driving and costs was garbage. And no credit or anything given AND then they tried to ding me for 45 extra Kms?! That was because it was picked up in a spot that was not agreed upon.

Nureddin EMy reservation pick-up location was for Fort St. John, BC. U-Haul changed it to Hythe, AB. I had to take a taxi to Hythe from Fort St. John at a cost ot of $400.00. I request reimbursement for the $400.00. My reservation included moving equipment rentals - dolly, 2 furniture dollies and furniture 24 plankets. None of these were provided. After using the loading ramp, it could not be re-installed in the van. What is shown on your website is not what is provided to the customer. On a scale of 1-10, you rate 1. Improvement is required. I will never use your services again and I will not recommend using your services to anyone.
