Was at location at 7am for drop off to find out facility did not open until 9am. I left and came back at 9am only to be charged an additional $40 for the 2 hours. The rental price was $30 / day. Why $40 for 2 hours. Why was I not told I could drop it off before facility operating hours. I will avoid U haul in the future if at all possible and try and detour as many people as possible from the use of Uhaul. There are other companies out thereJames E.

Don't let someone take a truck that the oil is completely empty and leaking. Ruined my move and cost me tons of time and money. I've always had a good experience renting uHaul in the past, not this time and the â€œcompensationâ€ of 3 extra hours was a joke.Zacharu E.

It took two hours to get my vehicle that was scheduled at 8am, which put me behind on schedule. Where my movers were already waiting at my place. The truck was filthy inside, the windshield was cracked, no walk around was completed. We had to ask for one and then we're told to take pictures and send it to link. I have no link. My customer experience with Brandy was good. My issue and I don't believe it is her control. I finished using the truck at approximately 12:21pm. I put $42,23 of gas that was 10,59 the machine clicked off because the gas reached it's limits yet the gas gauge stayed at 3/4 of tank to which I was charged an additional $40 and I feel this to be unfair and inaccurate. How can I force gas in if the nozzle is clicking off to where I can't pump anymore. I would like to discuss this matter and feel the best resolution is to refund me $40. I reserved a truck at a different location on Uhal website. When I went to the location I was told they didn't have that truck and referred me to the New road location. The New Road location couldn't find my reservation using my reservation number, name or phone number. A big shout to Andrew With Ideal Self Storage. I was allowed to make an appointment to drop off at 9:00 but they don't open until 10:00. That was considered â€œlateâ€ and they were going to charge me more .DAVID N.
We ordered an appliance dolly but did not receive it. We were also redirected to a location that was miles away from our original pickup location. Our original location was open during out pickup time, but the location we were sent to was not so we were unable to get the equipment we ordered. We ended up still having to pay for it. We tried to contact uhaul to fix the issue, but by the time they got back to us it was hours later and too late because we had to go move. They did not follow up either.Austin O.

This location and those that helped us were great, especially trying to help us navigate the mess that was our experience. The system itself was horrible. Our reservation got split at the start of the week. Then the day before Our reservation got pushed back which effected our project. We were moving things and needed to be done by 3, we originally planned to start at 9, then got pushed to 11. Then our truck came with no ability to tow the trailer we rented. No where in town seemed to have the trailer hitch we needed. We had to use multiple locations and ended having to cancel our second reservation. The system is terrible. People should not be able to extend usage on equipment that has a reservation counting on it alreadyâ€¦ I know it messed yo our project and the people at the store at the same time as us. Made for incredible stress and frustration.TRAVIS T.
Improve by fixing the reservation system so that people don't experience trying to pick up a car at a location with no lock boxes! This location rental worked well with the mobile check in and check out. However, when I reserved my truck online, I was given a truck at the Texas Central Parkway location. When I arrived at 7 o'clock to pick up the truck I couldn't get the mobile application to work. Then I downloaded the app. It still wasn't working. So I called customer service and had to wait online for over 45 minutes to get a service representative. The representative told me that it was impossible to pick up a truck at that location and she had to find me a different location the one on new road. By the time I got that location and got my truck back it was over three hours past the time I was supposed to have my truck. This meant that we were loading all of our things late at night. It was very inconvenient stressful and a terrible experience. On top of it, I ended up with a 15 foot truck rather than the 10 foot truck I had ordered. That made the move more complicated because we could not get the 15 foot truck up our driveway. Also, in spite of the mixup not being my fault, they did not extend the time of the rental. Very stressful and unpleasant experience overall. I'll never use the mobile option again.Virginia K.

Sorry but I was thrown off when asked to go unload the trailer by myself. It looks like he was by himself n was busy in the office. Unloading the trailer from my hitch and moving it by myself to the location is a liability to the company. I am in the Safety Business so I need to write this comment. Please look into this and make sure there are enough employees on site. MerciSteven P.

They tried to charge me double, document EVERYTHING or they will try to get over on you. I would sue but they aren't worth the time effort or money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Uhaul is great but this location is not!Ashton G.
