First of all 2 different nights the truck I rented was not at the location it was suppose to be at. That made me behind on moving by a certain date. Which caused me to have to pay ANOTHER months rent. Then after being promised the guarantee fee payment for both nights they didnt have my truck at the correct location they charged my card more than the promised amount then they said I kept the truck for 2p something days and charged my card without letting me know. I got stuck halfway from waco unable to get gas a d was stranded. I then called the customer service and told them there was a mistake and I was disputing the charges. The lady said she was putting in a co.plaint and there would be no more charges. Only that was a lie. The charged my card for another six hundred and something dollars only to get a declined alert. Which I'm sure messed my credit up . So I'd love someone to contact me. I was assured the truck would be a ailable for pick up on 2 different occasions and then on the 3rd night the truck was there but the customer service person lied when she said she called my husband for verification. As no one from uhaul attempted to contact my husband. Then someone called me promising me money a d free days only to screw me agian and agian.Terry K.

We were told we could drop off the truck at any location when we picked up the truck and then when it came time to return the truck, we had to drive 30 minutes at the end of a long day to return it to another location. Instead of us choosing a closer more convenient location. Then we had another 30 minute drive home. Not cool. More gas and more time that was specifically told to us inaccurately. In addition when I tried to contact uhaul the live chat said they could not change the drop off location and to call the number given but no one would answer for about an hour. Then when they did, they said they could not change the drop off location. It added stress and time to our moving day.Brenda K.
Even though, sometimes your STUPID ASS website won't even populate this location that is very close and convenient to my house, I have decided to just drop here anyway. 1st, they are nice, clean, helpful, friendly and accessible. 2nd, the LAST RENTAL I had would not populate this location. I was only a bit upset, but I went to the location DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT. I arrive only for the guy to tell me, "HE DOESN'T HAVE ROOM FOR THE TRAILER" and to take it to another "specific" location. Granted, the location was only a 1.25 mi away, but my "a little upset" now turned into "upset". I get to the location he told me to go, only to find a sign in the window and doors locked to say they were"CLOSED FOR THE DAY". I call your 800# and now I'm angry and driving around now for 45 minutes with a trailer trying to get the f*Â¢ker off my truck. I drive to what I think might be a corporate or company owned store and tell the agent I want to drop off there as I've driven around town now with this trailer and want it off and telling you I'm dropping it off there. NOPE! WON'T LET ME! I HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN. I HAD NOW HAD THE TRAILER ON MY TRUCK FOR ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF longer than I could have dropped off at this location here. I can't stand your company anymore and it's NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL!Mark R.
I feel like the ideal storage rental option should be closed down, the worker was not sure what she was doing ontop of making a reservation, adding extra things I didn't want instead using my own reservation I made onlineMisty B.

I know I will be using U-Haul twice more in December... hope i get the same truck... and customer service was out of this world... I notified the lady at the counter that the gas gage was below their required â€œ11/16â€ and that I filled it back up the the line it was on when I received the truck. She said it was fine and not to worry about it. I now have an extra $25 charge on my bill for gas, in which I did not use. I called and left a message, but have yet to hear back from the company. I would not recommend using this location.Rachel B.
When I arrived to at my destination, the truck was wet inside, furniture and boxes were wet on the bottom. The leak originated in Mom's Attic. The bottoms of the boxes in Mom's Attic were soaked so it was difficult to carry the boxes. When I returned the truck I pointed out the water still dripping in Mom's Attic to the U-Haul Representative. I asked for a credit or discount for the bad equipment I received but was told no. Because of the bad equipment and no customer service I will not use U-Haul again.DIANNE B.
The inside of the truck was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I was charged an insane amount for a 6 hour rental. I was charged for multiple extra days and the appliance dolly that I returned with the truck. No one has been terribly helpful in rectifying the situation so far. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATIONDonald B.
The person at this location had no idea what truck I was renting even though I had checked in previously. It took over an hour to finally get the truck because it had not been checked in by the location upon return the previous day. Once we got into the truck we realized it was filthy and had not been cleaned at all. It smelled of cigarette smoke. The floors were muddy and there was a sticky crusty substance all over the cup holders. I would expect a company such as UHaul to be properly cleaning and sanitizing vehicles during a pandemic! I was assured upon my reservation that the vehicle would be sanitized. It was not. Overall the experience at this location was awful and I would never recommend it to anyone.Lindsey T.

Uhaul location was closed when I got there with a confirmed reservation . No uhaul employee put trailer on my ball hitch. When loading my Jeep on to the trailer at my home the trailer came off my ball and trailer then hit my truck damaging my tailgate and bumper. I did not choose this uhaul location but was told by uhaul the day before pickup I had to use them in lieu of the location I knew and knew they had highly trained employees. The trailer if attached at the Waco drive location I requested would never had come off the ball when loading. I am extremely upset with the service from Ideal!mike H.
This was not the location I had selected to rent from. Was sent across town to a site that had no help no one was working. Your 24/7 app Is not user friendly. It would not show the site I had selected for drop off when I made the rental.Jenni E.

The clerk was a little underunformed about the after hours drop off process which resulted in me having to return to the location to do my online return process, bit overall it was an easy and pleasant experience. If I need a rental again in the future I will use them again.Marshall M.
