Trailer was in good working order but one of the tire straps was badly frayed and we didn't recognize in until we were ready to load at home. Conner noted the issue and we were able to add straps to the configuration to realize a stable cargo condition.

Well, there’s not much to say here…I walked in, he asked if I had a return, to which I said yes. He told me ok, and to go park it and unhook it myself. I felt like a total inconvenience to him, especially after I told him I had rented moving pads and he would have to leave the office to go get them. Which were unused and still in the sealed original packaging. Sorry for the inconvenience sir 😐
THOMAS BThe location was closed so I did not interact with personnel. It was a little dark after hours and some dude walking around made us nervous. I would not recommend going after hours. During the day, I'm sure it is fine.
