If I should, (I hope and pray I don't) ever need the use of a u-haul truck again, it will be with this company, and Linda!

Alfredo GThe place in Ennis opened at 11am. I spent two hours there checking out, then adding the Auto Transport, then loading my car. The place completely destroyed my schedule. As a result, we didn't finish loading the truck until 1am. We were extremely tired to drive the truck on the road. Just because the owner likes to sleep late.
frankion bI was just plan lied too about the rate of the rental. I was given the local day rate even though I plainly stated that I was going one way almost 100 miles away. When I questioned the bill I was told that it would be adjusted when I delivered it to the drop off place. Of coarse there was no adjustment made. Had I been given the real rates I probably would not have rented the trailer. I will never use Haul again and will recommend anyone I know not to use them. You can improve the service by not iieing to clients!!
bruce jThey were amazing and said uhaul has canceled one of their customers orders when they had the truck, so uhaul needs to get the cooperate side of things fixed and send emails, not a text that a call should come. It's not 1995.
Adam HI had a great experience with U-Haul! The truck was in great shape, reliable and running well. I had no problems with the truck, and the lady at the pick-up place was friendly and helpful. I am so grateful that you maintain your trucks as well as you do. Merci.

Darren DI had pre-paid for my truck, a furniture dolly, an appliance dolly, and 3 dozen furniture pads. When I arrived at the location, they did not have any furniture pads.

Darrell TNo one was on site to help, had to play phone tag to get help. Extremely frustrating. Also, the truck was clean, but reeked of cigarettes! Truly, it was nauseating.
