Our reservation was one price online. The equipment wasn’t available the day of reservation. Changed reservation to this location and online price was not honored. Charged double. Left message with customer service to have a callback to discuss the refund. Never received a call.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOn my checkout sheet , I did not have an address to return my uhaul. There is only an 800 number which I called. They sent me to place that had the gate locked even though he said I could return it after hours. It Explicitly says do not block driveways or gate , and that's where I would have had to leave the u haul. Had to find another place to leave it and was on hold for over thirty minutes to get hold of someone for them to update my paperwork , and then I got charged for extra mileage because I had to drive further to find a place to return it where I wasn't locked out! So for future reference , maybe make sure the place you're sending people don't lock the gate where you can't get in to return the u haul after hours
