I also received a follow-up call from the field manager assuring me of the solution to our issue. I was very impressed with my overall experience with U-Haul.
RENEE S.I am very upset I was lied to about renting a truck from uhaul. I rented for 2 days just in case I needed the truck longer only because I was told by lindsay uhaul that I get money back if I turn I turned it in a day early. No I have contacted all location and was informed that that is not accurate…because I drove the truck one way. I call the Lindsay location and she has yet to call me back. Also said you get $25 dollars back if you sweep the truck, still have not seen that either. I probably will not use uhaul because no one was honest with me. Very upset with this situation.
Rhonda M.Lindsey location was fine. However did appreciate U-Haul the company not having the truck at our original pick up point. Had to drive 60 miles out of our way to pick up the truck.
