When the customer is checking in/out online, uploading pics, and entering information about the truck, then there should be a discount applied since they are doing the work of the employee.

The check in at the location was poor. Nothing was shown on the truck to us. The truck fuel was on empty, not 1/4 as the contract stated. The person working the location was wearing tshirt and pajama pants.

They changed my location at the last minute Charged $1 a mile for a location that was further out Both customer service reps were rude and no help at all After filling the gas back to the line the guy who I got the truck from kept saying I did not put enough gas in it The truck was raggedy

The staff at this location were professional, friendly, and quick to help me get the truck I needed to complete the equipment move I needed that afternoon. They answered all my questions, and were very helpful. I would, and will, gladly recommend them to friends and family who will need truck rentals in the future! It was good doing business with them.

I am not HAPPY with being charged 103.28 for a trailer that we literally used for 7.5 hours!!!!! That is a bit crazy for using a trailer for 7.5 hours, I understand paying for 1 day but this is crazy!!!!!

The guy was kind of rude and the tail light of the car transport wasn’t working. I didn’t have time to get another one due to being on a tight time schedule, so we had to drive cross country with one tail light.

Pickup truck was in nice shape. Both Philip and Scott were easy to deal with. Gave location average score for condition of the "office". That refects on mgmt/owner. I would rate employee interaction as excellent.

We didn't perform an inspection of the truck before signing the paperwork. After getting to my location to load the vehicle I found a paint spill in which I promptly took pictures of. There was also Oil Stains and the cargo end had not been swept out. I found food in the back.

Being it had been raining and was now sprinkling, I had gotten stuck (spun wheels a bit) returning the rented equipment to the non hard surface lot. Other than that it was okay no real complaints.

The employee was really nice, and helpful. I had to go to 3 different locations to pick up my truck. Finally they sent me to this location and I was able to get the truck. They mentioned me getting a $50 rebate, but I have not received it yet.

This location is where I picked up the auto carrier. I picked up the ten foot truck and the car dolly from an independent dealer in Hoover alabama. My experience there was awful, they gave me the wrong car dolly, they had nothing put together, I had to move the very heavy car dolly BY MYSELF, and hook it up BY MYSELF. the people there were not helpful at all. They barely spoke English so there was a huge language barrier. When I found out that I had the wrong dolly I had to go to three different u haul places to get it exchange for the auto carrier. And I have not been reifunded for the car dolley that I never used. So all in all this whole experience with u haul has been a disaster.

I was dis-appointed with this experience. This was not my original pick-up destination. When I arrived at the Valley Ave pick-up I was told the previous rental did not return the truck and therefore I had to drive to another location to pick up which delayed my trip. They had my cell number to call prior to my arrival. Notify in advance

After making the initial reservation online, I received a confirmation that I would pick up from and return to the Vestavia location, but that did not happen. The manager at the Fultondale location was supposed to enter into the system that I would be returning to the Vestavia location, but he did not.

The equipment was first rate, drove like my pickup! I was disappointed that the pickup site was so far away in Fultondale when I expected it to be in Center Point. the personnel at both places were very helpful and I will recommend U-Haul and use them in the future.

overall, not a problem. the pick up location was out of my way. i wish the trailer that i rented could have been available at a location that is closer to my home or work.

I made a reservation weeks ahead of time. had the hardest time finding this dump...when I got there, i rang the gate bell...man finally came out and said he didn't know anything about my rental. he then loked on the computer and had to Google to find the uhaul website. It took about 30 minutes, so he told me he had 1 trsailer and to go to the back and hook it up. I did, brought it back up front, where he told me he couldn't print any contract for me to sign. he then told me to go ahead and take it, as he saw I had a reservation. I checked the trailer and found that the brake lights and turning signals didnb't work. At that point < i took it and left, so that i could drive my daughter's furniture back to memphis. I want a refund.
