I tried to cancel next the manager so many times 😔 ngs e up and apparently lost my stuff. I am so upset. My dad's ashes were in there. All my paintings. So much of my life. The manager never answered phone and possibly blocked me. She rarely answered emails and I have the proof. My attorney is looking over my info and we plan on filing a lawsuit against your facility and management.

Last stated that a fuse was blown. As a business owner of a 24 hr facility , there should have been a blast email sent out regarding this matter.

No doors on units...well the few that are, are very torn up. Take the location down if it's not even available. DA's
Rebecca M | ReservationI am very sad to say that ALL of my clothes, shoes, purses, jewelery, etc was ruined. There was mud, dirt, spider webs, and bugs everywhere. My unit was damaged. I called every other day and there was NEVER anyone at the facility. No one told me that my unit was damaged. I am very disappointed and I will definitely not be recommending this place to ANYONE! Someone in a higher position needs to go and take a look, because the entire facility look awful! The door to my unit was so badly damaged that I had to ply it open to even get my things out. This was after I'd called and went to the facility just about every other day to find NO ONE in the office or on site. To say that I am highly upset and disappointed is an understatement. The one time that I did speak to a lady at the facility I was told that the damage that I was seeing was from a storm that happened 2 yrs ago! No ma'am! Someone was vandalizing units there and nobody told me anything about my unit. I could go on and on about my disappointment, but I digress. I won't be recommending this place to ANYONE not even a dog off the street, because nobody cares. Go look for yourself and you will see exactly what I mean. Someone owes me for my damaged property, because there was a person that that didn't care about my things and anybody else either. Thanks for not caring about my property.
Kimyum L | Overall ExperienceThe hole in the roof was never repaired (in 6 months) resulting in damaged property within. A completely unresponsive staff. No one was EVER at the facility to discuss the problems. Never use UHaul again.

Ronnie P | Overall ExperienceA Tornado severely damaged the facility in January and we were notified that the door to our unit had been blown away and that we should consider finding a new facility and that our payment for the month of February would be refunded if we did so. We moved out the next day, did not receive a refund, and were then billed for March and threatened with additional fees if we did not pay. The facility has made no apparent attempts to repair the missing security gate or to replace the doors that were blown away by the tornado. It is audacious that they would encourage us to move and then continue billing us after we had done so.
Rodric F | Overall ExperienceI moved from this unit to another Uhaul unit because I had excessive charges on my credit card statements that no one could explain and when I called Andrea said they didn’t do it but their name was reported on my credit card statements. Just way too many issues and I’ve rented from them before and I still have one other unit that’s in my husband’s name and we will be moving out of that unit as well.
