Nothing about this location. The process was the worst I have had to date. Online reservation, then location changed but not kept with mobile pickup. On the phone for 30 minutes only to love me to another location. Next location started mobile check in then told to go inside to get keys. Hours were open until 2pm. The door was locked. Left to figure out what to do. This was all U-Haul failure not the location.

Mark CI had to drop off using the U-Haul app because the location was closed on Mondays. The representative that helped me over the phone on how to use the app was extremely helpful.

TONY TArrived at 4:50 to rent a trailer needed early for the next day. The front desk girl seemed upset that I walked in that "late in the day". I asked if I could open the trailer up just to check the inside size - she said ok and so I did it all by myself - no help from her. Upon coming back in, I told her I would take it, and went out again to add the ball to my hitch and lineup the truck with the trailer. When I came in it was 5:02 and she said that she could no longer rent anything to me because it was past 5:00! I was beyond myself. She was more interested in taking care of two kids that she had there than on managing that place and being of help! Customer Service ZERO.

Tamara OThere seemed to be a plastic bag of shit in the trailer when I got it home. I bleach-cleaned the trailer before I could use it. I had to ask the employee to move her car so I could have room to leave.

TRACY DExcellent customer service! The gentleman who does the trailer repairs went out of his way to check wiring issue with my vehicle. He replaced the plug at a fraction of the cost and even helped load and unload a few heavy items. Fortement recommandé!

Luis FIt seemed the tire pressure of the trailer was low. By the time I noticed, we were well under way. Just a reminder to check tires periodically. The service was great. The location was awesome, and the equipment was perfect for my task.
Nicholas SI was charged $18 for 4 gallons of gas and I returned the vehicle with over what I picked it up with. It's only $18 but not sure I'll be renting another vehicle from you again. Jeff Jackson

Tammy F10 minutes into my journey, the check engine light came on. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, until 6 hours later when I had to traverse down a steep grade in a small town. My breaks would not work, and it was only by the grace of God that the vehicle came to a stop before smashing into a storefront. When I tried to reverse, the reverse gear no longer worked. I tried for several minutes to no avail. Eventually I was able to use downwards momentum to get the truck pointed in the right direction - but this was one of the most dangerous vehicles I have very operated - and I was once active duty military performing logistics - PLEASE UPGRADE AND MAINTAIN YOUR FLEET.

Rebecca LMaking sure the paperwork is right with the truck as the paperwork I had said the truck was full on fuel and it was not then I brought it back the same way that I got it from but then they wanted to charge me for the fuel and I feel that’s not right
