Rented a trailer for a 12 hour window of time. When I picked equipment up I was told a jack would be left out so I could get the trailer unhooked. Once I arrived at the location to drop the trailer, guess what no jack. Had to wait a hour for someone to come and help after I called. A bit rediculous.

Everyone I encountered was so great…from the folks who helped get my hitch installed on a VERY short turn around through to my drop off. I would recommend every one of them! The office at the drop off was not great, but it did not interfere with my transaction at all. The gal that helped was friendly and easy to work with.
