The business location is just starting out so wait time is slower when picking up a vehicle. Suggestions.....when a customer has a reservation at a specific time for a vehicle, they expect to be waited on and given the vehicle at that time. When moving, friends are waiting to help with the move process many times at the location. I waited 45 mins and held up several people. Great service, just make an adjustment how to effectively wait on customers who already have a reservation.

Calvin F.Rude, Doesn't call before charging a card after dropping off. He wasn't there and had someone else that couldn't check me in there because he had to run to another location. I called 3 times and asked about the fee for keeping the truck late I was told I'll make it as cheap as possible. Had I known I was paying for a whole nother day I would have kept it till 345 the next day and finished my move. This man talks over customers and is rude. I had to ask him to be quiet and let me finish speaking after being asked a question twice. I would have been fired if I spoke to a customer in the manner he did me.

Jimmie R.I live in Lexington. I was moving my aunt in Irmo. I reserved a truck in Irmo less than a mile from her house 6 days before the move. I arrived at my scheduled time in Irmo at 8:30. No truck. 8:45 I get a call telling me I had to go 15 miles back to Lexington to get the truck. This made me almost 1,5 hours late while I paid guys to wait for me while they did nothing. I drove the truck less than 50 miles. I put 6,5 gallons of fuel in the truck and then was charged $40 in fuel fees. Either your trucks get less than 8mpgs or I was needlessly charged. I would not have needed to even drive 48 miles, if my truck had been where it was promised and would not have paid 3 guys to stand around waiting on me. U-Haul is cheaper than Penske but after this cost me much more. I will take my business to them next time. I have the receipt to indicate the fuel I spent should anyone care to see it.

Roger H.I had a reservation at 3 PM for a pickup. No one was at the location and the phone number that was there for me to call, no one would answer the phone. After waiting an hour after contacting the 800 number and still no one showing up. We just took off with the trailer after doing the online check in. 2 hours later the owner finally got in touch with me then threatened to call the law. I advised him he would be on the losing end of that battle.
Bradley S.Gearld was the best. I had paid online for a place at 1800Agusta drive in Lexington sc and whe I went to pick it up at the selected time nobody was there. I went to 3 other places that were closed also. I called the one on #6 and he gave me his personal cell to call anytime from anywhere to help me get a trailer. He is the best ever!

SUSAN C.The elderly white attendant was not at the location upon arrival, had left a phone number on the door, called the number, no answer. Had to drive to his other location, then back to the first location. He had problems logging into the system, then when he finally logged in his printer was out of paper, it took about 2 hours total for the turn.
Randolph F.Truck was not in the best shape as it had to be checked for catalytic converter and tire condition as we were receiving the truck. Gas was not full and only had 5/8 inside. Service agent did not know what he was doing and it took over an hour to do paperwork even as we had prepaid and preset up.
