Yvett Y.Check in was extremely slow. Owner had run up to the corner market for coffee. Before he returned, four people were waiting to pickup units. He was extremely slow in completing paper work.

Calvin F.Rude, Doesn't call before charging a card after dropping off. He wasn't there and had someone else that couldn't check me in there because he had to run to another location. I called 3 times and asked about the fee for keeping the truck late I was told I'll make it as cheap as possible. Had I known I was paying for a whole nother day I would have kept it till 345 the next day and finished my move. This man talks over customers and is rude. I had to ask him to be quiet and let me finish speaking after being asked a question twice. I would have been fired if I spoke to a customer in the manner he did me.
