If you're looking for good old customer service, this place is it!!! Gerald is first class and goes above and beyond the normal standard. I absolutely would 100 % recommend using International Enterprizes for all of your U-Haul needs and moving supplies!

Francis ReyesWhen a reservation is made it would be helpful if the powers that be prepared that piece of equipment to be picked up, hooked up, driven off a lot, etc when the customer arrives.. Upon arrival I had to help the owner/manager move some existing trailers to get to the car hauler. We couldn't get the car hauler jacked up high enough so he had to start cinder blocks underneath it to give it some elevation. Once we got the car hauler, apparently the trailer light plug did not fit my receptacle for my Suburban 2500. I asked if the owner/manager had one for sale, he said no but he offered to go to Walmart buy one which he did. It was very nice that he did so. However, when he wanted payment for that, he only accepted cash, and would not let me mail him a check later. Since I don't carry cash, I had to drive to a local atm, withdraw the cash, and then return to his shop. I'm glad he had a trailer/ car hauler, because when I'm at the reservation line, I was told to go to a different location, and when I arrived at that location initially, there were no U-Haul trailers or car haulers at all. It seems U-Haul is very app heavy, they want everyone to use the app. The app is not good, and it hasn't been for years. It lacks detail, and is plagued with glitches.. The whole pickup process took over 2 hours which is the longest it's ever taking me to pick up a trailer or a piece of equipment from you guys regardless of the location. I probably rent four or five pieces of equipment annually, which I know is not tremendous, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

Robert JohnsonRequire everyone to fill out all information on-line before they arrive to pickup a vehicle. We were delayed 30 minutes as the people in front of us had done nothing. Mr. Wrenn is a great representative for U-Haul.
Doug ThomasTruck needs to be service, bad windshield wipers, engine check lights up all the time, occasional engine light blinking. The service is good, just the bigger trucks have issues.
Fred VenableGerald is very personable. But computer down when I went to check in. Vehicle was filthy inside. I actually had to clean it before I used it. Cigarette ashes and dried soda all over dash and console. Even had to wipe down seats. The smell was awe full.
Derrick GardnerMake sure truck doesn't have check engine light, windshield wiper blew off (luckily I knew how to fix it) , owner made me buy a box, almost positive miles were inflated as well. Chose to pickup via phone and had to go inside. Will never pick up in store again.

Ryan RadulskiOwner called me on Thursday before my Saturday rental. Confirmed he had everything. We arrived and he did not have the hand truck. But then he found one he could sell me for $60. Could not fulfill his obligation to supply one that he confirmed he had on Thursday but for an extra $60 he magically had one. So we took the truck without the hand truck. Yet he still charged me the full amount.
Michael WallingCab of truck was clean, floors seats, dash and windows but inside consoles/ cup holder where cruddy and smelled. inside of truck was swept out but ramps was very dirty, needed to be rinsed off. Clerk was nice , locations was convenient.

TIMOTHY KINNEYI reserved a car transport days ahead of time at a different location nearby. At the last minute I got a call that they didn't have one so I was rerouted to the location I rented from. The new location was very run down. Not professional at all. The staff (1person) was not efficient in the least. It took over an hour to get my rental. Having to re enter my data 3 times into the computer . I kept mentioning that I was in a hurry and had a long drive ahead of me, the response was " you may have to go somewhere else , but I'm almost done". Very frustrating .Not a good experience. In the end it all worked out but

Summer ShealyIt took after having a 12:00 reservation 1 and 1/2 hours to get the truck. What we loaded unloaded did not take that long. The gentleman is very slow in reservations and also if you do an eCheck in you have to redo everything when you get to his location it is located on 4510 Augusta road in Lexington South Carolina.

KEVIN STOUFFERThe deposit was charged in cash and when we went to retrieve the deposit the women made it look like we didn't pay one. So we had to argue to get our deposit back. While I waited another customer called complaining about the same Thing.

Alex OrrThe old man that ran this place was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! HE TOOK FOREVER TO DO ANYTHING!!!!! He was flirting either one of the CUSTOMERS that was in front of me and talk8ng about every sweet little thing that's happened in his life. It took me over an hour to pick up a 6x12 trailer and was on a time schedule. Wish I could get my money back for this horrible experience. Will not be doing business with uhaul for a while!!!!!

Thomas WilsonNot sure. I rented the truck just before 12:00pm and returned it at 2:00pm after driving it 28 miles. When I returned the truck, there was no one on site, so I drop the key in the key box. my receipt showed I return the truck at 5:30 which is not correct. I'm not sure that it makes any difference but just thought I would mention it.

Also asked me for another credit card other than I made reservation with. I've rented several uhauls and this one was very odd experience

Mason JordanOriginal reservation was for the 24/7 shared truck only to arrive at site and find out that the location didn't accept the reservation and I had to do the whole process again. The man in charge is not helpful took am hour to fill out a SECOND reservation and that still ended up being incorrect. When the time finally came for us to get the truck it hadn't been loaded, cleaned or anything. There were still items and trash in the box of the truck and the cab was fithy.

Tom LedbetterExcellent service! Owner very knowledgable, helpful, and simply better than any other U-Haul employee I've ever worked with. The business location is just starting out so wait time is slower when picking up a vehicle. Suggestions.....when a customer has a reservation at a specific time for a vehicle, they expect to be waited on and given the vehicle at that time. When moving, friends are waiting to help with the move process many times at the location. I waited 45 mins and held up several people. Great service, just make an adjustment how to effectively wait on customers who already have a reservation.
