Matthew KNot in a good area, hard to find the do off location. The address isn't correct for with they want you to drop trailers and trucks
Robert MThis experience was even worse. We went to the address we were given, but there seemed to be no way to get in, no place to leave a key. I think the address was for an office which was not open. Eventually, I just drove around the very large storage facility and found a place at a totally different address (not even the same street) with a key drop etc.

Chris JVery difficult to get to as the address on file is not where you drop off. No one answers the phone number listed on their fence. Not 24 hour drop off.
Michael Athe trailer was ready for us when we picked it up, all paperwork done, Charlie was very helpful and courteous and answered all our questions.
GUNTHER ABe present, have proper signage with a drop off location, most importantly, have a drop box for keys!
VINCENT SThe experience was a bit confusing… But once I got the hang of it it wasn't bad… I did call the 800 number and she was very helpful with what I needed to do and she stayed on the phone until the mission was accomplished. I appreciated that.
Dorita WMy hat goes off to all the local U-Haul representative. The guy that works at the U-Haul location on Fellows Avenue in South Bend was outstanding. If it wasn't for him I would never of gotten my truck per your app for the 24/7 pickup. I also would like to mention the terrible customer service whenever you call a number for U-Haul, I have been disconnected put on hold for our and still not able to resolve the issues that I had had with renting my truck. If I had to rent a truck today I would not pick U-Haul since this last experience has been so awful for me.
Laura HI was contacted about dropping off the truck the day before it was due and given instructions to leave it outside of the gate if after hours. The location was difficult to find, as there was only one fabric sign on the fence and that was falling down. We left the truck at the fence as instructed.
Leslie TLocation is a bad part of town/felt unsafe. The physical lock was near impossible to open. We had to claw open the lock - it should be replaced.
Robert MThis location was hard to find by google maps instructions- gate was locked and there was no access to the office/phone number to call/access to where the van would be parked - had to park at the gate instead.
Amanda LThis is the worst drop-off location I have ever seen. It's an unmarked ...parking lot. I hesitate to even call it a parking lot. It's a gravel area behind an abandoned building with barbed wire around it. The only clues I had to know that I was in the right place were 1 - a spray painted address on a concrete wall and 2 - a random U-Haul drop box outside the fence. How on earth this qualifies as an official "location" I have no idea.
Kristie BThis location is very confusing. The lot is behind a locked gate and there is no phone number to call with questions. This is also not in a good neighborhood. You should let your customers choose where to return the equipment. I would have much rather returned this truck to the location on Hickory Rd, Returning to this location was very stressful and not a fun experience.
