hard to find, and then found a sign to go to a different location which was kind of shady. took us awhile to figure out. did not feel safe. But thank you for an affordable move.
Laura LIt may be advantageous to have on-site assistance, although we are satisfied with phone and app experience.
David SPost signs a little better on where to go for truck pickup.
Melvin MMy pickup location and method was changed. When I got to the new location, there was no one on site during regular business hours. I tried to use the app to do my pickup, but was unable to proceed any further and had to call customer service. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I finally got things sorted out. When I tried to do the truck inspection with the app, it crashed. When it loaded back up, it no longer gave me the option to finish the inspection, so I wasn’t able to make a note that the appliance dolly I had reserved was not in the truck. As no one was onesie, I had to do without. After another 20 minutes on hold with customer service, they removed the charge so I wouldn’t be liable for a missing dolly.
