The check engine light was on the whole time we rented the truck. They did not enter in the correct drop off location on my contract thus resulting in me being charged and additional $147 for this. Tried to call U-Haul Customer Service, but got disconnected by them and no attempt has been made to recontact me even though they confirmed my name and phone number at the beginning of the call. Either refund the $147 to my card that I used to rent this equipment or I will contact my bank and have them cancel the entire rental amount. I can be reached at 706-567-2827 to get this resolved. thank you.

The representative told us we had to call customer support because she couldn't get the computer to work. So we called and customer support said we were good to take the equipment. That locations representative called and reported the equipment stollen.
Jamie WThe trip was a complete pain. We were given a tow dolly with one turn signal inoperable. We were given a uhaul with a mirror that would not stay in place resulting in pulling over 19 times in our long ride, making it even longer. The first time the mirror failed almost resulted in wrecking due to not being able to see to get from the middle of the interstate to the side of the road. Neither the dolly or the uhaul were well maintained.
Michael SThe online rental request did not go so well. Some kind of glitch kept giving me and error. There was a contact number available and I got CSR response really quick. She was very good, at helping me get the rental I needed set up, and getting me reservation number. Everything went smooth as silk, even my trip. Rented for 24 hours, but I was back and turned the trailer back in 4 hours. Great job. Fair price. Great equipment. Professional staff.

Richard BWhen I went to pick up the Uhaul there was a homeless man sleeping in the cab. When I went into the store to tell the owner she said yeah I know just kick him out. Apparently they let him sleep in the truck for him doing stuff around the store! The truck was dirty and the passenger side mirror was broken and wouldn't stay in place so backing and changing lanes was difficult.
Billy BEmployee was not very helpful. I have had better service at other locations. He even asked a truck driver to help me to make sure the trailer was hitched properly. Should not be a UHaul location.
Diane MWhen I picked the trailer up it was dark and I didn't notice one of the tires was about to blow. Next day called road side service and they changed both tires for new ones.

JUSTIN RWe were charged for returning it early and the clerk said on the day of pick that returning it early was no problem but failed to tell us we would be charged. Very unprofessional.

CHARLES AVery unhelpful manager and every time he would start to help, he left to go back to his alcohol business…made me feel like a second rate customer…also haggled and charged me for 5 gallons of gas when I returned the truck over the amount I got it at…very unprofessional and filthy building

DONALD CThe trailer had a flat tire and while I did not notice it until I was on my way. Had the tire plugged but the damage was done. When I put a load on the trailer and started down the road the tire blew out and was stuck for 3 hours waiting for a replacement tire. The positive about the situation, the "Help" desk was very good and kept in touch with me to adive me of the status.

BRIAN DMy straps to tie the wheels down were bad , one broken and one about to break So I bought ratchet straps to help hold the wheels down... So the trailer pulled perfectly and everything went fine. No wiggle at all. Just maintain your equipment better. Thank you very much

CURTIS BIndividual running was alone, could not handle UHaul and store. Unit had moving pads inside and was not clean. I had to attach trailer with no assistance, had to wait 1 hour to complete transaction had to wait as person had to call in help. bad experience all around.

Jimmy DVery poor customer service. I had to hook up one trailer. The guy who ran the place left. I had to check out the trailer and when I found 2 lights out, I had to switch trailers just to find a second one had a bold tire. Bad service and poorly maintained equipment.

Timothy Hcheck in process didn't work on smartphone of authorized dealers system. Had to make 2 calls to Uhaul and then had to get advanced support rep in volved who completed process we couldn't. Frustrating and wasted 30 minutes of my time.Other than that, the rental was flawless!
Phil MI made a reservation online for the uhaul location at hwy 29 bypass N in anderson SC- I THOUGHT. apparently a man from a different location called me to confirm- but i was unaware he was not at the location I had requested so we drove an hour and a half to the hwy bypass N location and I have never in my life been spoken to the way your uhaul representative at that location spoke to me. he was the rudest, meanest man I have ever met. he asked me if I was on drugs or drunk, he would not let me go inside, he said I was an idiot and stupid bc I did not read all of the emails from uhaul. I will be calling customer service to speak about him. we frantically tried to find other uhauls close and had to go to 3 different locations and finally found a trailer but the man there was more interested in answering his personal phone every 2 minutes than helping me. he also did not know how to completely my registration on the computer- I had to figure it out for him. EXTRENELY disappointed with our service from uhaul
Ashton PConvenient but tight parking. Location at a very busy convenient store. No designated parking for Uhaul. Owner of the store was very accomadating and friendly as well.
Sandra SThe equipment did not seem to have been serviced in quite awhile. The emergency brake was tripped, no one on sight knew how to reset it, so I did it myself. The wiring was damaged, but there was a new connector available to install. I do not believe the brakes were working at all. 3 of the tires were low on air pressure which I took care of as well. I would not have taken the trailer but there were no others available in my area.

ROBERT FI was routed 60 miles out of my way to pick up truck. I was not reimbursed for extra fuel as promised. Instead, I was charged $35 for 4 gallons of gas!

HENRY MI had to go into a liquor store to get the manager to do the paperwork for my rental. Then I had to stand with a rack of Hustler magazines on my right and a rack of adult videos on my left while the manager went through the paperwork. Both men who worked there were very nice, but it was a humiliating experience, and I would never have gone through with it if I hadn't desperately needed the rental that night. But it will never happen again.

Paula AMake sure tires are good. I rented an auto transport from this location to pensacola fl. I had to plug the tire before I left, and one time on my trip. I had to finally find a place in Montgomery AL to get the tire replaced.
stephen fHarry did not inspect my hitch, nor help me load the trailer. He also changed my rental from a one-way, which I signed up for online and confirmed, to an in-town rental, causing me to have to call customer service several times to try and get my rental sorted out. The customer service representative had to cancel my entire order to fix the problem and create a whole new rental contract.
Brennan WTook 45 minutes to check out because lady kept stopping to help other customers for their liquor store. We had to go into their storage room and get our own blankets and hand truck and appliance dolly. Then she could not print a contract and had us take a picture of it on the computer. The blankets were dirty.
