Owner did not want to rent truck to me due to going 1 way. I however did all renting online. The back of the truck had 30+ blankets in the back that I had to remove and put into another truck. The rear cargo was dirty, old shirt and other clothing left in front cargo, chp holders dirty. Truck was really dirty outside as well.

The only issue I had was the store clerk wasn’t proficient on filing out the online forms so it took way longer than it should to rent the auto transport
CHRISTOPHER SThe check engine light was on the whole time we rented the truck. They did not enter in the correct drop off location on my contract thus resulting in me being charged and additional $147.00 for this. Tried to call U-Haul Customer Service, but got disconnected by them and no attempt has been made to recontact me even though they confirmed my name and phone number at the beginning of the call. Either refund the $147.00 to my card that I used to rent this equipment or I will contact my bank and have them cancel the entire rental amount. I can be reached at 706-567-2827 to get this resolved. thank you.
ROGER FThe representative told us we had to call customer support because she couldn't get the computer to work. So we called and customer support said we were good to take the equipment. That locations representative called and reported the equipment stollen.
Jamie WThe trip was a complete pain. We were given a tow dolly with one turn signal inoperable. We were given a uhaul with a mirror that would not stay in place resulting in pulling over 19 times in our long ride, making it even longer. The first time the mirror failed almost resulted in wrecking due to not being able to see to get from the middle of the interstate to the side of the road. Neither the dolly or the uhaul were well maintained.
