We dropped off the trailer in front of the storage yard then called the business to tell them the trailer was there, as they instructed us to do on the phone.

Dianne JThe area is on grass hard to get out. The gnats are bad and covered the whole inside of the cab. The lock box was hard to get into and has the code permanently stuck on it because of it being weather damaged. Nobody was there to assist. Area is also hard to get out due to the cars waiting to go into the mechanic shop

JENNIFER MThis location is a solid mud hole with rude, grumpy old man. He told me I needed to take the truck and get it cleaned and fold all the blankets. I moved a refrigerator, freezer, washer and dryer. No dirt, just asphalt. I have pics I am sending to corporate. So, I took all of the blankets and drove them back to Jacksonville, Fl. An hour and half just so he could not have them. I should have drove truck back to Jacksonville. I am opening a brick and mortar U-Haul in Palatka, Fl. Because this guy is killing U-Haul. All his trucks are parked in a cow field.

ORLANDO TI went to the dealer east of where I rented first 2 weeks before I was to leave to make sure they would have a unit ready for me. Went there a few days before I was to leave to check to make sure all was ready and he had not got or even tried to get it. Told me he could not be sure he could get it and did not care. The dealer I got it from was great and made sure I had what I needed.
