Very rude behavior. after taking the truck there was a warning message popped up showing Service tire pressure monitoring system. informed him about this and got a very rude reply back he said he knew about this issue you don't need to explain When I returned the truck he wants to see my gas receipts. Never going back to this location again. if anyone wants to rent a truck Don't rent a truck from this location.

christine wThe inside was clean. The truck was covered in snow. The truck didn't have a scrapper. Lucky we had one with us. The one lady which I assumed was the owner. Said that her system was down. I have rented one other time from there. She said the same thing. It was like she didn't really want to rent out the truck. She kept saying that I could go down the road they have uhaul rentals. She said this three times to us. Then she said again that her computer wasn't working and wanted us to log the truck back in. I had no clue where to find this info to this. I think it was her husband who finished the transaction. Just a very weird overall experience.
Tom TThe woman at this location was very rude and unhelpful. She had a lot of attitude and made things very frustrating and confusing for us. When returning the truck, the man was nice. Additionally there was a lot of confusion as to whether or not our reservation would be honoured as I got contradictory information from uhaul and the location before the day of.

Reginald MWhen returning the vehicle I was asked about how full the gas tank was. I showed pictures of the gas level when I left and when I returned, which was identicalz I was asked if I could please top it up more. I stated that in the pictures and in the vehicle it was the same level. Would not recommend getting a uhaul from this location.
rece bThis guy was so friendly and truck was clean and gas full and was returned full and clean like when I got it. His wife was also friendly. I'm going to rent from them always. Didn't over charge me like the guy on springbank did. The Springbank location guy charged me for extra insurance when I said No I already had insurance. When I get home I looked at bill and sure enough he stiffed me almost 20bucks. But these folks at this location listened to me when I said no need for extra insurance and when I got the bill. No extra charges. Rent from this location NOT SPRINGBANK LOCATION ACROSS FROM TIM HORTONS. THAT GUY IS NOT HONEST. This guy at Jack Campbell Variety is very honest and nice folks here.

geordan aThe Van was dirty inside and not well kept, was expecting the attendant to come check the van before he gave me the key but instead he just handed me the keys and insisted i should bring him the receipt i got from the gas station to show i got gas for the van, the lady attendant was very rude when i came to return the van, i asked her to come check the van and she said i needed to wait for her for 10min before she can attend to me and she wont give me my total cost, waited over 20min and yet she didnt attend to me and i left, i knew something was shady from the start cos they wanted me to use another van from the one i asked them for.

Brian LNo central locking on cargo van which was very annoying. Filled gas tank at end and obviously it hadn't been properly full when we got it as we put in $35 of gas and we'd only done 50 km. We were given $10 discount to compensate but we had to raise the issue with the vendor and persist to get this.

Logan RPick up drop off was great, easy. My only comment is regarding the mileage usage rate when you book the truck it shows a rate of $0,89 per mile but I was charged $1,41 per mile which is substantial difference. When I asked the representative before picking up the truck he said there isn't anything he can do about it.

John TYour service was perfect. You made a difficult task (moving) easier. The only surprise I had was with the length of the vehicle. I asked for a 15' truck and got a truck labelled 15', however, three feet of the truck was the little forward overhang, above the cab, which meant, the useable floor to ceiling height was only 12' long. That made ended up cause us to have to make a second trip with the truck, resulting in our moving time being several hours longer.

HANI MGot charged $14 for gas by the store rep which I didn't fill myself because the fuel was over the full line when I picked up and dropped off. He insisted that I should've still added gas even though I know you're not supposed to overfill a tank (commercial driver); he was very defensive immediately and insisted on being paid for the gas for the 12 miles I drove. I've used uhaul many times and always top up tanks (once, I left a tank over the fill line which I assumed benefited the next renters) and I wasn't trying to rip off the store at all but I think he was ripping us off and may do this same trick to other customers. I'd love to know if the fuel fee gets paid back to the store - if so, they are running a scam.
