Jackie and his assistant were great. They were pleasant, helpful, and got us taken care of quickly. The truck was clean and full of gas. Drop off was easy. I'll use his location again.

Great location to pick up and drop off. Check engine light was on the whole time. The radio button was broke for volume and to turn it on. I rented an appliance dolly and it was not in the vehicle luckily the place was open to go in and grab it. But still the minor things like this should not happen.

These trailers should have Jack's. They get quite heavy after being loaded and we were unable to pick it up to put it on the truck and had to use a car jack to get it high enough to get it back on the truck.

After dropping keys in drop box a tan jeep pulled up no one got out me and my wife drove off and the car followed us and I got out and asked was there a problem and he said he was just minding his business and I called the 1800 number and he heard me and left

Great customer service provided. When we pulled from the pickup location we were concerned about the noise that the trailer was making, but the owner ensured us that once we loaded the trailer the noise would stop. He was right, this first time trailer puller was worried that she was dragging something and the noise that was coming from the hitch was a pleasant sound. Thanks, Mr. Jackie for ensuring us that the noise would stop once the trailer was loaded.

They did not have appliance dolly available which was part of my reservation. This caused big problems with my moving schedule as I had to buy an alternative in short notice. I would not trust U Haul to provide me accurate information in the future.

My overall experience with Uhaul was disrespectful, obscene, and all in all foul. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life. I've never even complained about a company before. But atleast you have Mr. Jackie. He is a great, well organized, hardworking, kind man. He was a breath of fresh air after how the rest of the company handled things.
