There needs to be a pickup process where the U-Haul call center does not need to speak to the store or establishment. Jackie was on lunch when we originally tried to pick up at 12:15 as that was our initial pickup time. I stayed on the phone for nearly 30 minutes with U-HAUL as they were trying to contact the business. I could literally hear the phone ringing in the building. Finally after half an hour or more U-Haul said they would move the pickup time until after 1pm so that I could talk with the manager there. Then when I was assigned a truck by U-Haul it was a truck that would only be able to do local stuff and then returned back to Jackie’s. Jackie told me I couldn’t take that truck and I had to wait to be reassigned another one by U-Haul because he did not know how to do it. All of it was a pain in the butt but by 2ish I finally had a truck.

RAMALDO BU-Haul needs to revamp their website. One of the worse and most difficult websites to navigate. Instead just called the location.
