Cab was very dusty like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The windshield was so dirty you could not see out of it. I needed only a 15 foot truck and had to drive off in a 20 foot truck. The passenger side door had a opening in it so large at the to it sounded like I was driving with the window open. Very loud cab experience.

his man was very unprofessional. Was closed when the sign said open 12:00 o'clock. We directed to this location. Horrible service…we had just gone through a very tragic ordeal and man has not an ounce of professionalism in him… thumbs

Brad T.I rented out 15 ft uhaul. Looked like the vehicle was not maintained well had transmission problem. Made louder noise for longer time before it shifted to upper gear and probably used more gas than it should have used. The gentle man who helped me was very nice. I would do business with him again but uhaul need to maintain its line of vehicles.

He's very accommodating if your in-town trip runs a little bit over. You're allowed to return your vehicle after hours with permission. And, check in/check out is very efficient and easy. Love this place.

NITRA B.I reserved a 6x12 Trailer, 12 moving blankets and an appliance dolly on 09/07/21 to be picked up on 09/24/21. When I went to pick up the trailer, I was told they didn't have the appliance dolly and they did absolutely nothing to help me locate one. I was on my own to locate a dolly. After several phone calls, I located one. I went to the location to pick it up and had to make a separate reservation to get the dolly. All of this took an extra 1,5 hours to accomplish.

david R.I've rented a truck twice this week, and both times was not pleasant. Monday, Jackie was inattentive and not friendly. Wednesday when I reserved a truck for 2:30 pm to move my son, I arrived at Jackie's Automotive on time to learn that the truck I reserved was not there. He stated that the truck had not been brought back on time and he had no control. I asked why I didn't receive a call instead of wasting time and gas showing up and then having to return at a later time. He stated that UHaul corporate was supposed to call. He was unpleasant and seemed to not even care that I was inconvenienced.

Kyle M.I was not notified that the location would be closed and that I would have to check in and use the mobile self-checkout style transaction. This created a lot of confusion and wasted a lot of my time on hold as I was trying to figure out why the location was closed when I had a reservation. When this happens, the customer should be notified ahead of time and not left to guess what to do!
