Rental process took 4 hours not the fault of the pickup location the rental process is horrible! The online confirmation and check in is useless..

When we pulled from the pickup location we were concerned about the noise that the trailer was making, but the owner ensured us that once we loaded the trailer the noise would stop. He was right, this first time trailer puller was worried that she was dragging something and the noise that was coming from the hitch was a pleasant sound. Thanks, Mr. Jackie for ensuring us that the noise would stop once the trailer was loaded.

Fred CThey did not have appliance dolly available which was part of my reservation. This caused big problems with my moving schedule as I had to buy an alternative in short notice. I would not trust U Haul to provide me accurate information in the future.

Richard FMy overall experience with Uhaul was disrespectful, obscene, and all in all foul. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life. I've never even complained about a company before. But atleast you have Mr. Jackie. He is a great, well organized, hardworking, kind man. He was a breath of fresh air after how the rest of the company handled things.
Michael ZWe needed a truck was told there wasn't any available so we had to get a trailer instead. We drive by them twice several times and there were 2 trucks sitting outside the whole day so I am not sure why the k line ordering system didn't let us order a truck. This made for a very long day and we had to work harder than we should have had to. I don't know if this is the locations fault or the online ordering but there is a problem somewhere

Gregory DYou need to replace the ball receiver on that trailer. It it worn on the sides and slips around on the ball. I was able to the trl forward and back on my he hitch. The only thing holding it was the spin lock and I could light the trl over half an in before hitting it. Only used the trailer to move a washer dryer set and then I took it back. With a heavier load the hitch is liable for o fail

Kristina Athe only thing i wasn’t a fan of was the 0,6 cents extra per mile. that should come into effect when going over 100 miles, but other than that we had a great experience!
