You should have a second staff as it was very busy we I was there.
Neashia SLocation was changed without notifying me. Found out after I called Uhaul when original pick up location was closed. This location was about a half hour away. Although I ordered furniture pads, this location did not have any.

Robert MWe'll first off…. I called there Saturday afternoon I asked if it would be an issue to drop my truck off after hours… I explained it's a one way I was picking up in NY and we don't need it for the 2 days…. She said no that's fine you won't be charged because it's dropped off early…. So we did we returned it 1:30am Sunday morning left the key in the drop box…. We'll come Monday afternoon i receive a phone call from the main office asking where the truck is…. I explained I left the key in the drop box and returned it early Sunday morning… she said ok let me call and see what's going on next thing I know I check my bank account and they're charging me $70,4 for an after hours fee and an extra day !!!! So I call back the same woman in the office answers I tell her what happen she gets it reversed…. Now AGAIN today I check my bank account to see if the refund went in… no it didn't but I now have ANOTHER charge from these people but this time for $49,2!!! So not only did they wrongfully charge me the first time but they are wrongfully charging me a second time that is fraud!!! Especially since it was fixed the first time! This location should not be allowed to rent uhauls not even that their customer service sucks and the employees never follow back up and no one seems to know who did what and why! I will be filing i complaint with uhaul itself and their license to rent should be revoked especially since when I called jail customer service in Wilkes barre today the customer service rep asked where this was happening and I told her J&N in beaver meadows her response was "oh… I know who they are…" and by the tone of her voice I can tell I must have NOT been the first person to encounter this!!! If I were you I would HIGHLY recommend to STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PICK UP OR DROP OFF A UHAUL FROM A LICENSED PARTNER WITH UHAUL WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! I'm now out almost 130$ I now have to wait for because they decided to take it upon themselves and charge me FOR NO REASON!!!
Crystal HHad to wait 1 1/2 hrs to get on road truck. Totally unexceptionable. This was a junk yard and was reck no one was there could use computer. Had call someone walked them through process. HAD PAY MY MOVERS EXTRA 1hr X 2 because they where waiting on me. I better get reenbursed for it. Was bad Then I had drive another hr pick up the trailer
bert bNext time I would appreciate a pick up location near me , because yous picked my location 20 miles away it took me over my 138 miles , called was promised extra 50 miles didn't receive

Robert BWe had to clean off all the snow from the truck which we were pretty upset. The truck should have been ready for us when we got there.

jose aOnly to make sure that you have the truck size before making a reservation cause there was no 26 foot truck at the location that I called for so I was relocated somewhere else that had the 26 foot truck it was a bit of inconvenience but I manage others might not. But every personnel was very polite and very friendly over the phone.
Zenaida FNever using this location again .rented a uhaul 4 days earlier same location and put about 40 miles on uhaul paid 110 now this time went 13 miles and paid 145 .I don't understand to pay more for less miles .I'm calling u haul to look into this

BRAULIO GThe inside of the vehicle smelled like a dead animal gave birth and that animal died. It was abysmal. I drove in a smelly coffin for over 4 hours. My nostrils will never be the same. If I could have drove the vehicle with my feet and my head of the window, I would have attempted such an act. For the love of all that I holy, please clean or perform an exorcism on that vehicle.
WILLIAM TWhen I returned my UHaul, the clerk kept insisting that I had furniture pads I needed to return and if I didn't I would incur a charge. As stated in my pick-up location comments, I didn't receive my requested furniture pads. It took 20 minutes until he decided to call UHaul. And said it was "taken care of". Now I find that I was charged for my initial rental of the furniture pads and furniture dolly that I never received. If this is how UHaul runs its business, then I'm not the only customer who has experienced this terrible customer service.
Andrew SThis was not my preferred pick up. Gentleman kept telling us we owed more than we were quoted. After 2 phone calls to area office we got the correct price.

DANIEL GJ&N did a great job getting me on my way as well as when I returned the vehicle. There was some confusion on my part as to where I was to pick up the vehicle. There was a U-Haul location 2 miles closer to my destination where I had requested to pick it up. When I arrived there the attendant was courteous and helpful. Overall I am pleased with the rental experience.
