The location is fine, but uhaul is a disaster uhaul finds every possible way to rip you off and charge you far more than you thought you were going to charged and trying to get them on the phone, nearly impossible and when you do speak with someone, they can't help you, NIGHTMARE!!!

Gas station. Thats it. Locals and staff were not helpful.
Megan UI ordered a truck rental and two utility rentals to a location close to my home. On the day of pickup, my location was changed to a new location over thirty minutes away from where I lived. When arriving to the place where I was changed to I did not receive my utility rental as it was not in stock at this location. This utility rental would have saved me time and energy of not having to lift the heavy appliances by hand. As I reserved this rental a week before the pickup date, I expected all things ordered to be ready at pickup. This was very disappointing and I am not fully satisfied with my U-haul experience.

Neashia SLocation was changed without notifying me. Found out after I called Uhaul when original pick up location was closed. This location was about a half hour away. Although I ordered furniture pads, this location did not have any.
