This was in a very sketchy neighborhood and was a house that has been converted to a business, so it was down a residential street. I might not have minded so much had I been expecting it, but it felt like we were doing something wrong and might get shot for someone thinking we were breaking in.

I had a reservation at 445pm and did not receive my truck until after 530. Another customer walked up and got there truck before me and had a reservation after me. I was also told the representative had customers like I wasn't a customer. I also was made late for 2 appointments because of this. Worse uhaul service I've ever received.

Key locks outdated, your CSR was great and luckily while talking to him a guy walked up that I guess was on call the key to truck was locked up in an office. I was there 30 mins. Which defeats the purpose of being on line.

The close location itself was good for me. But the environment itself was poor and outdated. However, the Rep (Mr. Bart) was kind and helpful, and his service was beneficial. He helped me with the Uhaul process once I'd arrived at the location. Would I recommend your business to a friend? "Yes"!., as long as the charges/fees and possible cost surprises are explained and understood.
