I did the “self mode” I couldn’t upload pictures nothing worked. When I returned it I wasn’t able to add the mileage via photo nor manually . Not sure if it’s the app but horrible experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe instructions were exact, and the pickup and return were seamless for a self service transaction.
Sharonda FEquipment was in good condition and ready for pick up when I arrived. Courteous Service, and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental.
Kenneth CTruck had cardboard (and a furniture dolly) in the back and trash in the cab. They didn’t have either the packing blankets or appliance dolly I had reserved and pick up process took almost 45 minutes and we were the only U-haul customers.
Steve LSería bueno que fuera un poco mas claro y quizás la opción de en español facilitaría la comunicación y el proceso de recogida por teléfono mas rápido y eficiente, principalmente para quienes no estan muy familiarizados con lo nuevo en la tecnología.
