Should have had a U-Haul employee handy at the hours it said it was open and closed. Everyone is not computer trained to do everything online. Like the self checkout and checkin. We may need personal help
Jan WAwful. Truck took FIVE business days to be marked as checked in. I was receiving "where is our truck!?" Emails from uhaul because no one was on site to do their part at the drop off location.
Michael GA 10' truck was not available at the first location i went to in Zebulon, even though I had reserved one weeks in advance. I was not notified and only realized this 5 minutes before I arrived when trying to "pickup a truck" on the app. I would have been in a very difficult and frustrating situation if one of the 10' trucks had not been available 15 miles away in Thomaston. The pickup location I was sent to is in a very convenient location, but the lighting is poor, and the trucks are parked in the grass and dirt. It was very muddy because it was raining when I picked up the truck. The truck had gravel, rocks, and sand in the back, the air conditioning control knobs were broken off and I had to use needle nosed pliars to turn on the defrost, which was necessary to be able to see out the windshield. There were several damaged areas on the truck that I could not see clearly until the sun rose the next day because of where the truck was parked and the lighting at the pickup location. I feel this location would be a fine place if pickup was arranged to take place during daylight hours and if it was not raining.
Jim GReduce your mileage price for in town use. The mileage was too expensive.

James GThe 15' truck which we were upgraded to was fine overall. Inside the cargo bed was clean. The only thing I would like to see in the cargo bed is rings to attach straps to. We made do but rings would have been better.

Clifford BI have picked up several Uhauls here in person and on the app. The owner of the store is super nice and when picking up on app the truck is always ready, in a well lit and safe location. Thankful for this place !
WILLIAM HWoman checking out equipment seemed to be annoyed by having to deal with customers. I will be going to Quick lube next time. Gentlemen helping hook up equipment was pleasant and helpful.

FREDERICK MReserved a 15' truck at one location -- my reservation was changed to a 26' truck at this location. Requested a furniture dolly -- there was none. Was told the key was in the top lock box -- it wasn't. Had to call U-Haul to get the combo to the bottom lock box, where the key was found. What can you do to improve for the next customer? Get your act together.
Bradford IThis is for U haul. I reserved a truck and it a time for pickup and date. I got there about 9:30 and the reservation was expired. I was not advised when I made reservation that if I was not exactly by 9 I would be canceled. Need to explain that better or give maybe 30 min. Grace period.

kelcey rMy boyfriend accidentally left his cellphone in the uhaul truck and we tried to contact the location that night by calling the phone # and texting that number that was posted on the door and the guy never responded. I called the next day and talked to a lady and she couldn't have been any ruder on the phone.

Bailey HMade an online reservation. Truck was not available when I arrived to pick it up. I had to pay movers although I couldn't load anything. Field Mgr was very inconsiderate and didn't seem to care that I was so inconvenienced and cost me money due to your Failure to honor the agreement.
