No one was around dropped off put key in drop off box every thing convent

Jeff KI did an afterhours pick up so there were no personnel to interact with.
Kenya PThis is a horrible location to pick up and drop off rentals. The key drop off box was completely broken. The lock of the box had been drilled out. The building was filthy and looked deserted. The owner/employee was not there during posted business hours. If we would have known the state of this location, we would have not used it. We ended up leaving the keys locked inside the truck. I also called and spoke with a UHAUL representative at the time of the drop off and told her the state of the place and the situation with the time of drop off and the broken box. I took pictures and emailed them to the representative as well.
