We were happy with the unit. Happy about the access. One thin rates went up and didn't seem worth the cost for the unit. Staff was helpful . Clean area.

I was happy in the beginning of service at first I rented a smaller space I called office they were able to give me a upgrade to a larger one. I fell behind on a payment for two months I was going to call office wen someone picked up I told them I was going to make a payment when they tell me payment was already made I was upset because they took payment without my permission lucky I had the money in the bank I was going to call to make a payment arrangement they left me broke that week I wasn't very happy

I would not recommend this place! 3-4 weeks after I stored my stuff it was broken into and thing is the considerate thief put another lock on my unit after ransacking it so the office wouldn't know that it was hit! Funny never known a thief to be considerate and replace a lock unless that thief knew the rules. There are no surveillance only at gate. Stay away !!!!!!

My Storage unit was broken into within two weeks of moving in and not noticed by the staff. I had lost over $3500 worth of tools and personal belongings. I informed the caretaker that I no longer wanted the unit but was continually sent late notices for payments. This complex is completely miss managed and handled with incompetence. The facility completely lied about security.

i never actually notified anyone i was ending my contract and moved my stuff out. so i guess you just assumed i was ending it . and thats fine i was going to cancel the contract. but what if i had moved my stuff out but was planning on moving new stuff in? i dont think you should end someones contract without them actually telling you they are done with it. but in this case i was done. thank you

Had my truck stored here for more than a year and it was never messed with since it was behind the secured gate. Pricing was great too.

The staff at this facility were friendly when I initially checked in over a year ago, and always responded promptly to any inquiries I had. I would recommend this storage facility.

I rent a 10'x20' unit at this location every year to store my pool furniture and a small convertible car which is not driven over the winter. Insuring the car only for seasonal use saves me almost enough on insurance to pay for the unit. It is a great arrangement and goes smoothly every year. The units here are clean and safe and access is easy. I have never had any problems.

I put my stuff in there and some one went in there and stole some of my brand new stuff and I told them and they didn't even say sorry for that or offer me anything to help me with this. When I moved in there they didn't say I needed two locks there was 2 doors and when I check the other door it didn't open I so assumed it was locked and it could not be open the reason they didn't say anything about it. So I just moved all my stuff out of there to a better place! With cameras and all. So I will never recommend that place to anyone! Horrible place to rent from!! I can't believe they never even called me about this! What real butt holes they are! That's all I have to say and I will write a review on there site too.

I have to say, the ability to do a Self Move-In was great. It's clean and easy - and I can do it from the convenience of my home any time of day or night.

Inside cab was full of mud from last customer. 2 weeks later, and I am still waiting to get my bill updated. They overcharged me 45 dollars, and still have not refunded me.

Easy access quick service. Only thing to change would be to salt icy spots around units. We have a bed of ice infront of our unit that made it slippery. Overall great experience.

I was so impressed with the customer service at this location. I had to put my daughter's items in storage during college break and they were so accommodating and helpful! have another unit with UHaul back home and the customer service at that big location is severely lacking. I would highly recommend Jetport!!

Tell your chat people it's ok to tell renters they need to provide credit card info before getting key. I had to stop rental process to call 888 number to understand why I wasn't given key to inspect interior if truck which was requested before the request for credit card info in the "check in" process. This also became confusing since I reserved with a credit card. I now know for future rentals to go through your app - not your website. Your website doesn't let you take pictures. You looking for phone reps in Bethlehem Pa area.

Not a lot of room to maneuver your vehicle with a trailer attached. The person who helped me was very nice. I'd use this location as a drop-off location again.

I was under a different assumption of rates .. I had i known my reservation money for the truck would have not been refunded I would have not gotten the rental. Also had a problem with the mobile return check in which apparently caused my rate to go from 24 hours to 2 day costs. So all in all I paid uhaul an extra $80 for nothing .

The Clerk told me it was unsafe because of several break-ins into the units! I left feeling horrible! I only need a storage for a short time.I could never recommend this storage facility to anyone!

when I called the Whitehall location I was told everything was there. then someone who actually worked at that location told me the equipment was not there and I had to go to a location further away. This is the second time this has happened when renting from your company and it is absolutely ridiculous that a main rental location didn't have a 10' truck and a tow dolly.

Just check brakes and lights to make sure they both work correctly. 1 headlight was out and the brakes squecked everytime I slowed down.

We reserved our truck well in advance, however when we went to go pickup our truck at the Bethlehem, PA location on moving day we were told uhaul has no trucks at the moment. The salesman also showed sympathy or respect for us. He was very rude and offered no alternatives or help of any kind. Two hours of our time was wasted because of this issue. We spent those 2 hours on the phone with Uhaul searching for a truck. Finally, one truck was located for us at the Allentown, PA site. Uhaul needs to improve their reservation system. If a customer reserves a specific truck, it should be there when they go to pick it up.

Don't know. You stiffed me on the equipment. I reserved it and you ran me around from location to location always telling me the next place had the equipment. It never did. I would NEVER use u haul again. By the way the same thing happened to me last time.

The truck is really old. First time I started engine, it sounds horrible. I even thought it was broken or what. And I was charged for gas even after I did pump it up to the F. My guess is there must be something wrong with the truck...I contacted U-hual office, and was told I would be contact by some one next day. But I never got any contact from them. I called again today, and was told I would be contacted in three days. Hope they will not lose their word this time.

The cargo van was very nice but it should come with more than a quarter tank of fuel and it needs new wiper blades. Overall a very plesent rental experience

this is a rotation only site but all the uhaul people we worked with made adjustments which allowed us to drop he one-way truck we rented. Which was a major concern of ours Many many thank yous to all of them.
