No one was physically there to assist! I was missing equipment that I paid for and had to go to another location to pick up the missing equipment. The other location had no clue that they were supposed to loan me the equipment because of lack of communication on original locations part. Just a mess and added mileage that I had to pay for.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBrought rental truck off at 4:30PM for drop off. Personnel wasnt there. Was told by Uhaul I can leave it overnight and that the overnight fee would be waived. Woke up the next day to the fee being charged, and Uhaul has yet to call me back after saying they would. After multiple attempts to contact, no such luck. I would not recommend using a service like this, when the reps on the phone say one thing just to rush you off the phone, but nothing gets done.
RALPH LNothing can be improved upon by my experience.
Doug GGentleman was very polite!
JUDITH BInside cab was full of mud from last customer. 2 weeks later, and I am still waiting to get my bill updated. They overcharged me 45 dollars, and still have not refunded me.
