The truck was in awful shape the brakes were awful it shook so bad It took me 27 hours to travel 15 hours then I make it to florida finally and no air conditioning. My husband drove the truck to return it ad said I was lucky I wasn't killed. All my stuff was a mess from all the shaking and wobbling. Blisters on my hands keeping it in the road
Tara B.be more clear about truck sizes. I reserve what was listed on the web as a 17 foot truck because my load was 16' long. then I got a call saying they don't make 17 foot trucks but I can rent a 20 foot truck for the same price. ok, good. but when I put my load in I learned that the flat inside of the truck was actually 17 foot long! don't count the Attic! or be more clear on the measures. this has nothing to do with the pickup site and everything to do with your marketing clarity.

Michael C.I dropped the truck off when no one was there on a Sunday, using the mobile app. The facility is like a converted gas station that is now a car repair shop. The key drop was not secure, which made me a little nervous. However, Morrow is one of those small, trusting towns where little crime happens. Still, I had wished they had more of a key slot to drop off the keys, as well as clearer directions on where to park the truck. There was a small sign that said UHaul Rental, but mine was the only truck there…hoping I did everything correctly.

It took me over 45 minutes to get a hold of someone and I spent one hour there at the facility trying to log my U-Haul back in which was a very bad experience because I was in the middle of a move

Joseph J.I asked for help strapping the car on the dolly. The straps were not centered on the tires and before I pulled away I noticed the safety chains were not hooked to the car. After about 200 miles I check the straps and chains. One of the bolts holding the safety chain to the trailer was missing. Luckily the hook would fit where the bolt was supposed to be. Overall we made 600 mile drive safely.
Matthew W.Look it took hours to get the Uhaul. I spoke to a guy and was suppose to get some money off. I had six people being paid from 9:30 AM on. The fact your site was not working right is beyond me. And the fact it took hours to rent the Uhaul is not acceptable in the least. I will not recommend Uhaul to anybody if something is not done. 513-667-3172
TIMOTHY H.Road side assistance process was SLOW. From the time I placed my call, it took me 4:30 hours for me to get a tire changed and get started on my drive. The tire went flat while I loaded the trailer in my driveway. The customer service representative checked back with me and once the dispatcher got in touch with me the issue seemed to get resolved very efficiently. There seemed to be a disconnect between customer service and dispatch. Not sure how long my wait would have been if I had not placed another call to ask more questions. U-Haul extended my contract by a day “for my inconvenience†which did me absolutely no good. I was finished with the trailer a day early without the extension. Overall, poor experience.

Stephen J.This location is outstanding! I booked the 20' truck online at another location with the $50 reservation guarantee. I was called at 4:30PM pn Thursday for my 9AM Saturday rental and was informed I needed to pick up at Johns auto which is out of the way adding about 20 miles round trip drive. I asked to speak to the manager but he was gone for the day and would call me Friday morning. He never called I had to call back at 3PM. The Cincy Uhaul manager was rude offered no compensation or for the extra miles or the $50 guarantee. no explanation of how this happened was offered, he was a complete A-hole and hung up on me. when arriving at Johns auto the gentleman offered to lower the rate and reduced my millage rate! to compensate for the inconvenience i was cause due to the main cincy office obvious screw up in scheduling. I question why this individual is still employed by U-hual corporate he lacks any customer service skills, with him being a manager i wonder how he treats his employees after how i was treated.

Mike S.I had to have roadside assistance replace one badly corroded and out of balance wheel prior to even leaving on my trip. At least one of the other wheels was also way out of balance, and another wheel was mis-matched (different offset). The wheel imbalance has been a chronic issue on your trailers in my experience.

RICHARD H.When I booked I was told I would be picking up in blanchester the cit was morrow as I arrived they were not ready it took around 20 min to get the uhaul. Also I returned the unit early and with more fuel than expected also didn't use nearly the mileage and was charged almost the same as I was quoted. Then I git an email saying I never returned the unit and uhaul has to call come to find out they never checked the unit in. Thankfully I am familiar with vehicles and was able to swap the driver and passenger wiper blades or I would have never made it. This entire deal put me behind schedule and cost me extra money.
