The guys at Johns Auto were great! Clean truck, with the snow and ice cleared off and warm too. I occasionally use U-Haul for my business moving large items like 100" televisions. Thanks for your help, we will be back.

I dropped the truck off when no one was there on a Sunday, using the mobile app. The facility is like a converted gas station that is now a car repair shop. The key drop was not secure, which made me a little nervous. However, Morrow is one of those small, trusting towns where little crime happens. Still, I had wished they had more of a key slot to drop off the keys, as well as clearer directions on where to park the truck. There was a small sign that said UHaul Rental, but mine was the only truck there…hoping I did everything correctly.

Kevin J.Location did not have good service or knowledge of system. Truck was not well maintained and lost air conditioning half way of trip and no offer of discount was even offered. Would not rent from there again period.
