Thomas MLet the customer know that they need to be standing next to the building when checking in and out of the mobile app self service. Other than figuring that out after 15 minutes checking in and 15 extra minutes checking out, it is pretty good. Now I know for next time and I'm sure it will go allot quicker and smoother
