Charged me a hundred dollar cash deposit that I did not get back when I returned it. Not sure I ever will. Only looking to fill their pockets. Horrible business

The owner of this store/location was rude. Even though I was the next person to be helped, every time someone else came in to purchase a food or beverage item, he would would help them rather than me. He complained about the fact that he made no profit from U-haul and, as a result, I was a lower priority than his other paying customers. He ended up calling his wife to come down from their home (above the store) to help because he didn't want to spend the time to check me in. I will never rent from this location again, even though it is by far the most convenient for us.

We had to wait for over an hour to get the truck, the key was locked inside. There were no UHaul sings outside to show where they were located, which was inside a "headshop" I have dealt with UHaul many times before and this was the most unprofessional outfit ever!!!! Another customer showed up while we were there who had also reserved a truck online like I did and had a terrible time getting there truck. I had also reserved a hand dolly which they had to locate. I would never deal with or recommend this location. I would not send my worst enemy to them.

More signs on the outside of the store indicating where to come inside to pick up the truck would be helpful. Thank you so much!

Only problem I seen when I first got truck it was almost on empty. As a company vehicles should be full when you pick up a truck rental . Overall johns market was very friendly.

Have the items ordered ready and in the truck. I had to make two trips from the store to the truck to load it with the items. Some of the blankets were filthy.

The guy managing this location didn’t know how to start the rental lease, how to work the computer to get renter’s information, and kept leaving the Uhaul customers to tend to store customers in the middle of transaction.
