This location is well run. They're efficient, adaptable to change in plans and customer service pros! Everything was smooth sailing and every piece of equipment we saw was very clean and new looking. The van we rented was gorgeous, spotless and had as wide an opening as a truck. It was easy to get in and out of the parking area. Light traffic - no hassle at all. We've rented UHauls all over the country and this was by far the easiest in and out super smooth and simple on our end. The team at Jones Enterprises are pros. Fortement recommandé!

JOSHUA PAKThe App was and overall mobile pick up process was very lacking. The instructions are not very clear. I tried to do a live chat and it through my entire process. So the system flagged me as picking up the truck. I never received the key code or lock box number. I proceeded to call the facility and got no answer. So I called U-Haul customer service only to be placed on hold 15 minutes then thrown into a voicemail. I called back and decided to go through sales to get a live person. The woman that answered was very nice and helpful. I'd explained to her my frustration and she was able to provide me the missing info as well as send me the link to complete my check out process. A 15 minute pickup turned into 45 minutes very dissatisfied. I was on a tight schedule and threw me completely off. Truck was fine and clean, but your checkout process needs improvement.

Antoine McBrideThe two furniture dollies and a dozen furniture pads were not there as we had requested. We couldn't talk to the on-site office because it was a 24-7 pick-up via phone, so after calling the U-Haul customer service, we had to travel to a nearby U-Haul location (on 195 IL Route 59) to purchase the furniture dollies ourselves (because they did not have any spare for rent) and get the additional six furniture pads that were missing. This reduced our allotted time to actually move stuff and added to the miles that we traveled.
