Roberto G.Will never rent without a real person there again. Mobile phone way a disaster. First, site down for maintenance for first 15 minutes. Took 45 minutes to get app to work. Then, dropping off van, app would not let me take picture of dashboard. Had to wait on hold 45 minutes to talk to a real person to figure out what to do with key.

Grover P.The equipment was clean but the vehicle had numerous mechanical deficiencies. From the engine maintence light being on, to the windows not sealing properly, and the radio did not work. The hand straps for assisting yourself in and out of the rear of the truck are dangerously small. Handle bars would've been a more friendly choice. The price was right though

Sue B.The first place Uhaul sent me ( Aurora off of lake st.) when I did my 24/7 pick up anytime reservation online was CLOSED! No attendant when in fact they had confirmed by phone that there would be one. No truck. It was up to me to find a location with a truck and even tho thru no fault of my own I could not get a truck( mind you I had scheduled and confirmed a truck) I had to locate a different location for pickup!!! ( thru off my moving time by 2 and a half hours) Which worked out great lmao Didn't get the 50 $truck guarantee.. Go somewhere else. Less of a headache
