Ms. Bianca made everything go very smooth. She was very friendly ! I was in and out within 5 minutes ! Most definitely recommend this location.

PRESTON S.Not at all the fault of this location, but your app needs a lot of work. I tried taking the photo of the miles and fuel level over 20 times and the app failed to accept the photo each time. This is an unacceptable inconvenience and needs to be looked at by your technology team.
Michael P.So the stupid dolly came lose after I put gas in and was heading to return. I feel like an idiot for not using the dolly since I'm stuck paying $7 for a broken piece of plastic
VERLON J.It wasnt there fault but we reserved to pickup in Walnut Ridge Ar at 8:30. Friday morning. We got there and they had no trucks. We were sent to the Jonesboro location had to be there at 9:30. It messed our schedule up. No one called us and we made a unnecessary trip.
RICKEY W.I was scheduled to pick up a truck in a different location. I received a call the day before that our truck was to be picked up 90 mile away, 70 further than what was original quoted, the person I spoke with told me they would call around and see what they could find and call me back. After not hearing from anyone for several hours, I called back and spoke with 2 people to get a truck 40 mile away. we have rented a truck 3 times this year and have used uhaul twice this year, both times I have had issues with where the truck was to be picked up at. The other rental was a Penske 20' box, it was an upgrade since they didn't have the smaller truck at the location we rented from. My Experience with using Uhaul has not been one that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent at moving truck.

TERRI H.Was told I had to have truck back by 11 am... Even though I had it booked for a 24 hour rental... Even showed them my confirmation email saying I didn't have to return until 4 pm... I was moving my entire family... This put us in real bind... This needs to be addressed... I picked up my truck at 5:15pm... Then had to return it by 11am the next morning... Had 6 hours cut off what I paid for... This is not good business... I will rent somewhere else next time...
