Reserved a 15 ft truck and they called and gave me a 20 ft for the same price because they did not have that. Was pleased at the start of service! However, Had a dirty truck, cleaned it and spoke with several managers about getting a partial refund, fairly quickly. We thought they would take care of it. Rented the truck for two days, returned it the first day after cleaning and drying it out to move. Used less miles that thought and what not. Still paid around $96, which was not discounted. Will definitely use a different location or service next time.
