Friendly helpful staff
W DEverything was great except there was no dolly supplied in the truck.
LISA DU-Haul computer systems were down. Rental Attendant made several calls to corporate techs for assistance and they acted bothered to try and help with the rental process.

herbert mThis U-haul location would benefit from being accurate, honest, and professional. My online reservation wasn't read correctly by the rental person, and the in-person rental process took so long that my hired loaders were kept waiting. In addition, I was told that U-haul would be lenient with the mileage, since I had to drive so far to return the truck, yet I was charged extra for mileage. Finally, I was told that I could drop off my truck at any U-haul location in the nearest town to me (other than the one listed on my contract), yet, I received a call that I was going to be charged extra for dropping it off at the "wrong place." Thank goodness, the helpful manager at the U-haul location listed on the contract helped me and fixed the problem. This was not a good experience from beginning to end, except that the truck was clean and ran properly. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Truck renters should beware.

Lane FThey stole 295 from me. I have been disputing this transaction to get my money back but they will not refund my money. That U-Haul overheated 2 times, I had to pull over and have a complete stranger help me. It wouldn't gain speed over 40 mph. Upon returning the U-Haul the woman did not even come out to inspect the rental she was to busy laughing on the phone with someone. I asked her if I was all good and she said yes. AT NO POINT DID SHE STATE I WAS BEING CHARGED ADDITIONAL MONEY. I paid the rental fee, the only fee I authorized to have taken from my bank account. I returned the rental with a full tank of gas. I want the 295 refunded to my account immediately! This has put me in the negative in my account

Lisa RHad major problems with this vehicle starting out picked up very dirty empty bottles in cab mud on inside of doors. Air conditioner did not work had to stop and get air conditioner charged so we did not roast. Check engine light on the whole way of trip and then truck broke down had to wait over 3 hours towed to a shop had to wait another 3 hours for repair missed our deadline of picking up our shipment. The company that I was going to pick up equipment for end up calling another vendor to do so because I had a unreliable vehicle. U-Haul representative was supposed to be in contact with me have not heard a word from anyone. I rent U-Hauls on a weekly basis but I'm considering going back to Penske if this is not handled correctly.

Michael MHad to cancel saturday because the uhaul wasnt returned. And they wouldn't help get me a smaller uhaul. Happened to find one yesterday. So am I getting my $50 since I was screwed over?
Keith RI would suggest a back up camera on the 26' box truck as most are not used to driving something like that. Luckily I am used to 53' trailers. Also if the mirrors are adjustable that would be great as not everyone will have the same POV. Along with heated as the morning I took off with it the mirrors were saturated with dew.

LOGAN LWe waited at this location for over 20 minutes in the office and nobody came to help help us. We decided to call and nobody answered. We left the keys in the drop box, left a message to call us ASAP that the truck has been turned in properly and still at 8pm, we have never received a call. We turned it in at 9:05 am. I called Uhaul to let them know the situation and was told I should have waited at the business-how long was my question?!?! I hope you consider your relationship with Jrs sales in St. Clairsville, OH- that was not a pleasant experience for us worrying that things would not be taken care of properly. Je
