Lane F.They stole 295 from me. I have been disputing this transaction to get my money back but they will not refund my money. That U-Haul overheated 2 times, I had to pull over and have a complete stranger help me. It wouldn't gain speed over 40 mph. Upon returning the U-Haul the woman did not even come out to inspect the rental she was to busy laughing on the phone with someone. I asked her if I was all good and she said yes. AT NO POINT DID SHE STATE I WAS BEING CHARGED ADDITIONAL MONEY. I paid the rental fee, the only fee I authorized to have taken from my bank account. I returned the rental with a full tank of gas. I want the 295 refunded to my account immediately! This has put me in the negative in my account
