The guy was friendly and easy to be around. The floor of the storage area of the truck was a bit dirty, but nothing terrible. Easy to get out the location.
ADAM CVery disappointing experience booking a 10' truck for a one way out-of-state move AT THE WAUNAKEE, WI MOBILE STATION. The initial confirmation sent to me reflected a cost that was $200 over the agreed upon price. Had to get that resolved. Then, the U-Haul representative told me I would either pick up the truck in Waunakee or the Madison, WI area (which was acceptable). But when I proactively called that U-Haul representative the day before pick-up to confirm the location, I was told we'd have to drive to Rockford, IL to pick up the truck, which was a 3 HOUR ROUND TRIP DRIVE. That's absolutely ridiculous. Being of no help, she gave me the 1-800 number to call and they were useless as well. Given our timeline for the move, we had no choice but to drive to Rockford. HOWEVER, THE REPRESENTATIVE AT K KAP TOPPERS IN ROCKFORD (where we picked up the truck) was great. None-the-less, it is highly unlikely I will ever use U-Haul again. RENTER BEWARE when you're trying to book a U-Haul truck!

Charlotte KPoor customer service. They offered no help in attaching / detaching the trailer -- didn't even come outside when we dropped it off. We got bumped to this inconvenient location because the trailer at the original location had been double-booked. Originally were told we could return it to any U-Haul location, but then this place told us we would be charged $200 if we did that. Not a good experience.

Stephen BNever have I had such a horrible experience ever. Rented the truck online. Went to pick up. Followed the instructions online. No keys located anywhere on the property or truck. Had to call and talk to at least 8 or more people and kept getting different numbers to call because no one could answer any questions or help. The pickup for this truck took a little over 2 hours of sitting in the parking lot on the phone. Had to change our schedule completely around and cancel some things because of this. Also had to drive the truck back and forth more because we ran out of time the day of rental because of the 2 hour process. I would never recommend this location or rent from it ever again. What happened was absolutely ridiculous and not professional in any way at all. I think if it continues to run like this you will have no business.

Brandi TI was scheduled to pick up the unit on a Saturday morning. The location is currently on summer hours and closed Saturdays. Fortunately, an employee was driving by and noticed me in front of the business. He opened up for me and got the trailer checked out to me. He couldn't have been more helpful. This ended well, however, uhaul wouldn't have wanted the phone call you would have received had that employee not happened by. You must be sure a business is actually going to be open before sending a customer there.
